Honouring tonight’s Full Harvest Moon in fiery Aries 🌾✨

A radiant reminder of abundance and gratitude. It doesn’t rush you, it steadies you. You’re not late, you’re in rhythm.

I recorded this transmission through an old neck injury retracing as I heal and clear old wounds. Some days showing up means pushing through the pain. The drum still called and I answered 🙏

When you’re truly committed, you find a way. That’s the Aries energy right there🔥

Gather what you’ve grown with courage and an open heart🌾

What a night 🌕🍂

This was my debut live light language transmission in front of a group, something I had only ever shared online before. To sing over my drum, in that space, at the legendary Colet House, on the autumn equinox was such a gift.

A huge heartfelt thank you to the incredible @wioladiamondheart for this opportunity to hold space alongside such truly gifted healers and facilitators, I am deeply honoured.

To everyone who received… thank you for being so open. Hearing that my voice moved someone to tears and touched others so deeply means everything. That is why I do this.

Next time the sound and lighting will be fully set up. But the magic still came through this time ✨

This is only the beginning ✨🥁

🌑 New Moon in Virgo Transmission 🌑

The new moon in Virgo arrives as a powerful invitation for change, to release the old, to realign and step with clarity into what is becoming.

This transmission is channelled in the last golden days of summer on this new moon, with full intention 🍂

My voice, the light language, the frequencies of the shamanic drum, all woven together to amplify and anchor this lunar energy. To support whatever is shifting and changing in your life right now.

Virgo asks us to look honestly at what needs to be refined, released and reorganised within ourselves and our lives.

Receive this with ease and grace 🙏

💚 DM if you feel called to work with me 1:1, I am now offering private sessions combining reiki, sound healing and light language transmission 🙏✨

This woman, my mum 🤍

There have been some tough months recently and watching someone you love go through difficulty is one of the most humbling, heart opening experiences there is.

But today, by the river, in the sunshine, she’s glowing and so am I.

Sometimes the most profound healing happens not in hospital, but in the quiet moments. A walk by the river. A shared laugh. Just being together.

If you’re walking alongside a loved one through a difficult season right now, hang in there. The sunshine does return.

Grateful beyond words for this beautiful soul 😇🤍🙏

Honouring tonight’s extraordinary Sturgeon Moon in Pisces.

Like the ancient sturgeon navigating deep currents, this moon asks us to dive beneath the surface, surrender, and trust what’s ready to rise 🌊

You may hear festival bass in the background which arrived just as I prepared my sacred space, trust it, celebration energy has its place in the healing field today 🎶🌕

This is not a moon for forcing or chasing. Surrender, trust, and flow. 🌊✨
Let these healing tones carry whatever needs to surface and be released 🤍

8/8 Lions Gate Portal 🦁✨

One of the most powerful energetic gateways of the year. A portal of activation, abundance and accelerated manifestation.

This morning, just as I began my practice, a butterfly flew in the window, dancing around my sanctuary and out the other side.

The magic is real. What are you calling in today? 🌟🙏🦋

As Mercury retrograde draws to a close, it feels like the right moment to share something more personal than usual, which doesn’t come naturally to me on social media. But if it helps even one person feel less alone, it’s worth it.

Over the last few years something shifted. What started as a quiet inner knowing became something I can no longer hide from. It hasn’t been easy or linear.

Material possessions, places, behaviours, beliefs, all gradually releasing their hold. People and places shifting as my frequency changed. Until I found myself at zero. And somewhere in that nothingness, surprisingly… peace.

Then the gifts started arriving. Synchronicities too precise to be coincidence. Light language channeling through me. Sacred instruments finding their way into my hands. Reiki flowing deeper than ever. Family wounds beginning to heal.

I don’t know what’s coming next. And for the first time, that’s ok.

Because if you’re not ready to be nothing, you’re not ready at all. 🤗✨😌🙏
