Always wanted to create my version of Naomi Campbell's iconic photo. I am nowhere close to her level, but I am pleased with the outcome.

I can't control the unexpected, like my refrigerator breaking or job loss, but I can control what I eat and how/when I exercise so that I'm healthy and strong for what life sends my way.

Struggling to have tone abs? Here's one of my favorite ab exercises: adding weight to a core trainer. Start with your own body weight and then gradually challenge yourself by adding a dumbbell. You won't see results if there's a layer of "cushion" on your abs, but eating healthy and adding daily ab exercises will get you there!

Don't go to the gym? Leg raises on a mat or home workout bench are great, too.

Girls night out be like...

Had a blast at the @robzombieofficial @marilynmanson concert with my concert BFF! It's always amazing seeing people freely expressing their alter egos and all coming together for the love of music.

Confidence starts long before you step into the gym.

It's built through consistency, resilience, and choosing yourself every day. Feeling strong is the foundation--and when you feel good, you show up differently in every part of your life.

Grateful for activewear that moves with me every step of the way. ❤️ @athleta

I never thought I would share this photo because I'm not a fan of the natural makeup look on me, but the photographer captured my smile in a way that makes me smile when I see it. In light of my birthday weekend, I decided to post it. Here's to a new year of living my life alive.

A change of scenery and lighting can create a dramatic effect. Love how this complements the look.

Here's a great example of how flow/movement of clothing and hair can be captured by skilled photographers. This particular pose fills the space to create a 3D perspective.

BTW, heard this song recently and fell in love with the message, one that women can relate to as well. Enjoy!

I love the modeling concept of flow, especially in an evening dress that allows for movement.
