Just a typical work day ☺️ finishing off with a walk in the forest - best calming routine if you ask me!

A full day’s work does not always allow for extra tasks, but got my 20’ study to come a bit closer to my monthly goal 😌
The afternoon hike was today’s highlight.. it calms me more than anything after a long day at work.

Weekend edition 😌
P1: Get nothing done without my morning coffee
P2: Study 30-45’ daily on a new topic; this month is about metabolic diseases.
P3: Trying to be close to nature whenever I can during the day. Either morning jogging, having lunch in the garden, or afternoon/evening walks..
P4: Took an editor’s course during this summer with Springer Nature. Personal development combined with some valuable tips and tricks!
P5: Such a beautiful afternoon, a true blessing from God!
