Patience was the key with this closing! The buyers were originally turned down for their offer and then the home fell into foreclosure! Once the home became available they quickly decided to resubmit again and they were lucky enough to scoop up a great deal! I am so very happy for this young couple building a new life together in their first home! They will soon be getting married next year and I can’t wait to see all their renovations to this home!
