Kizomba footwork with the wonderful @freddy_dess_kazakiz at @amantes_do_semba 7 Year Anniversary!

A huge thank you to Freddy for joining me for this demo – it was a pleasure sharing the dancefloor with you. 🙌🏽

And a massive thank you to the @amantes_do_semba for having me – what an incredible event! The energy, the music, the connection… I had such a great time working alongside such amazing artists and dancing with you all. 🕺💃

To everyone who joined my classes – thank you for trusting me, for showing up with open minds and open hearts, and for dancing like no one was watching. You made it special. 💫

The dances I had were some of the most beautiful I've had in a while. So many amazing moments, so much soul on the dance floor, such an authentic vibe. 🤩

Can't wait for the next one 🤪

🇬🇷 Back in Athens with the incredible @artprojects_athens and once again, you brought the most beautiful energy. Thank you for trusting me, for moving with me, and for filling that room with so much light. 🙏🏽🖤

Sensuality, when expressed authentically, is not performance. It's presence.

It's not about trying to be seen. It's about finally allowing yourself to be felt...by the music, by the space, by your own body. When you stop performing and start being, that's when the real magic happens. That's when your movement becomes a story, a homecoming.

To every woman who has ever felt unsure of her own power: your femininity is not something to tame. It's a gift to trust.

And if you want to go deeper into that confidence, that connection, that quiet, unshakable knowing... I'm bringing all of this to Affinity Turns 3 – The All-Dayer on the 18th of July.

And @lenyocassule will be right there with me, bringing that same magic to the leaders because confidence and connection go both ways. 😉

✨ Tarraxinha masterclass. Kizomba intensive. Ginga. Banga. Flow. Real connection.

Come for the dance. Stay for the transformation.

📍 Adulis Restaurant, Brixton
📅 Saturday 18th July | 4pm – 4am
🎟️ Full Pass £47 – link in bio.

Let's unlock that confidence together. 🖤💃

Ever watched someone dance and thought, “How do they make it look so effortless?” 🤔

It’s not magic. It’s Ginga and Banga.

If you’ve ever heard these words and felt confused, you’re not alone. Simply put: Ginga is the styling, hip movement, and flow for followers. Banga is the posture, swagger, and presence for leaders.

We all want the fancy footwork and the cool tricks. But here is the secret: Fancy moves mean nothing without strong fundamentals.

That’s exactly what we are breaking down in the Affinity Lab: Ginga & Banga Masterclass.

🔥 What you’ll actually learn:
✅ The Fundamentals: Posture, positioning, and frame (the invisible work that makes you look like a pro)
✅ The Flavor: Footwork, styling, and musical interpretation
✅ The Application: How to add fancy, eye-catching moves to your dance while keeping the technique clean and respectful.

Taught by: Adda Dociu & Susanne Stoneman
📅 Saturday 14th November
🕗 8pm – 10pm
📍 BPM Studios, 1-3 Brixton Road, SW9 6DE
🎟️ £30(Includes FREE entry to Ta Doce after: 1h class + party till 4am!)

We keep our masterclasses intentionally intimate so everyone gets personalized feedback and real progress. If you want to stop guessing and start moving with intention, this is your moment.
