Addform is far more than just setting you a training plan. There are so many more benefits from being part of a coaching setup and team. Make friends along with getting knowledge and information from decades of racing experience. This also gives you access to other services that would be hard to get from an A.I. by being part of the ADDFORM team. If this is something you are looking for to help you meet your aims, along with break personal bests in 2027, then get in touch! by @addform_coaching
Another great result for a rider by booking an ADDFORM bike fit. It's not very often I put the bars up, but this time it needed to be raised and come right in. Feeling stretched with shoulder pain and not been able to stay comfortable, leads to not been able to hold position or get power out. These changes should make a huge performance difference for this rider. Also many other things changed, custom pad wedges, custom grips, saddle angle adjustment, helmet fitting and shoe shim added. Get booked in now if you want to improve your position for next season! @pushiron by @addform_coaching
Another successful Time Trial / Triathlon bike fit completed. This change in position will certainly make huge difference for Howard in his next Triathlon. I have also ordered a custom wedge to make the new position possible on his bike, as the Trek was very limited in adjustments. So not only do I give you the measurements and information to get your position optimised for speed, but I also find solutions to make it realistic on your current bike. I have a variety of helmets to try to find one that fits well and I always give advice on equipment to make you faster to go with the new position. Great to be involved with the first @gravel_north event Few things to smooth out before a full blown event but amazing routes and company. The roads and trails in the highlands were great for the gravel bike. First time doing it properly for me and a few issues with my bike, lessons learnt. Even got to tick off another @100climbschallenge Bealach na Ba, was brutal weather up there but had to be done! Looking forward to next year and thanks to @katerinakaramani and @_graham_pearce for the opportunity to be part of this. by @addform_coaching
Do you think your position is pretty good already, but still looking to reduce your CDA down a bit more? Then an ADDFORM bike can help! There's always some things to try to make you more aero and go faster. I have constantly evolved my own position over the years and recently broke the 100 mile CTT record and recorded the 4th fastest ever 50 mile time. This isn't producing more power than I was doing 10years ago, if anything slightly less, yet I'm putting minutes in to my best times, even at the age of 41. If you're eyeing up new wheels or a new set of TT bars, then why not spend your money more wisely and invest in a bike fit. A bike fit usually has way more potential gains than any bit of equipment you could buy. I will also look at how you pedal and how you sit on the bike, which may lead to other adjustments and recommendations to improve your power transfer, comfort and pedalling efficiency. Bike fits from £175, with the option of adjusting your bike to match the jig at an extra cost. They usually take between 2-3hrs and are performed in my purpose built garden room with a fully adjustable setup and Carbonwasp bars. You will be given a list of options to try to improve your position or kit further after the bike fit and with my contacts, it's likely you can get some discount on other products if you wish to invest in more aero products. If you're looking for that extra step in performance at a fraction of the price of new kit, as well as being able to chat for 2hrs+ to make use of 30years of knowledge, then get in touch today to book a bike fit! by @addform_coaching
Graham Pearce at the National Mountain bike marathon. 42nd overall and 11th age category! We aren't all about Time Trials! by @addform_coaching
Sean Sanders National 24-Hour Time Trial - Settling the Score Over the weekend I returned to the National 24-Hour Time Trial. My fifth attempt, having completed my first two only to be beat into submission on the next two. 2026 I wanted to settle the score! Susan Sanders and Graham Barker as my support crew. Anyone who's done one knows that the rider is only half the story. Behind every successful ride is a team that keeps you fed, watered, organised and, most importantly, provides just the right amount of emotional support… occasional encouragement to stop feeling sorry for yourself! 😂 Unfortunately, my first challenge arrived far earlier than expected. In the past I struggled to remove bottles from the cages mounted behind my saddle, so I’d swapped them for slightly looser cages and use one-litre bottles to reduce stops. I’d tested the new set-up over hundreds of training miles, none of those miles had been on the roads around Wrexham! Within the first hour both bottles had bounced clean out. Suddenly I had no fluids, pulling over to swap bottle cages. Not exactly the start I’d imagined. I rolled away again and settled into the rhythm. Starting 13:52 on Saturday afternoon, I worked steadily through the planned daytime circuit and as darkness fell I was sitting around 200 miles. During a 24hr every ache turns in to genuine pain, both ulnar nerves compressed nicely and my little and ring fingers went completely numb, I also felt a twang in my groin after a stop, something to deal with tomorrow... I rode through the night watching the small pool of light ahead hoping a pot hole or roadkill didn't end my hopes. Dawn brought sunshine… briefly, quickly replaced by strengthening winds, in places, torrential rain. Graham and Susan gave my the emotional support I needed to get through the final 8hrs. When the clock finally ticked over to 24 hours, it was over. I simply slumped over the handlebars. Final distance: 418.19 miles and more importantly settling the score with the 24hr, this time I beat it! I also joined a three-rider Yorkshire team that won the National Group Award, a medal for our combined distance. Never again... or... maybe one more...🤣 by @addform_coaching

I'm getting older, but I'm also getting faster and fitter. Here's how, and why you should try it too: 1. Fatigue resistance: How well you do at the races and events that matter depends on how hard you can ride when fatigued. Fatigued efforts - zone 3 into a threshold effort, efforts on the hills after an hour of hard riding - are key to helping your body adapt to pushing harder when you're not at your freshest. 2. Heat training: A game-changer. It's not just for pros. We all know it will help you adapt to hotter conditions, but it's also going to raise your threshold, basically for free, if you do it consistently. It's going to make that summer trip to Spain or the Alps a lot more enjoyable. 3. Double VO2 days: Inspired by @kilowattcoaching, the idea is to increase the amount of time spent in VO2. There's a correlation between time in VO2 and increased fitness - it's the idea behind 30/15s that GCN recently covered. So fitting in two split VO2 sessions in one day - one on a lunch break, ken after work - you're hugely increasing time in VO2. These sessions need to be part of a structured training block, but build them in and time them for your events, and it will make a world of difference to how you feel and ride. How many of these have you tried? #cycling #cyclingtraining #cyclingtips #vo2max by @addform_coaching
Favorable Conditions, decent Power ⚡️an Aero Road Bike a cancelled TT all gave me the opportunity to have a crack at a couple of Strava KOMs, can I Kick it, Yes You Can 💪 by @addform_coaching
The target for 2026 was to get as close as possible to 49 minutes for 25 miles. With the Welsh 25 Championship abandoned this wasn't going to be possible, so we travelled down to Newmarket for the ECCA 100. We were rewarded with fast conditions, I rode conservatively, managing the heat and injuries to clock 3:37:29 off an average power of only 237W. Also got to see @aduggleby set the competition record for 100 miles at 3:10:48. Backed this up with a 20:13 on our midweek 10 mile TT at Market Weighton This adds to the consistent PBs and improvement on all the local courses over the past 3 years with @addform_vlv ⏱️10 miles - 19:47 (⬇21:45) ⏱️25 miles 50:54 (⬇56:05) ⏱️50 miles 1:46:32 ⏱️100 miles 3:37:29 If you’re limited by time or talent or both like me and want to go faster, contact @addform_coaching for an aero bike fit Now taking a bit of a break from racing, hope to be back soon #timetrial #cyclingtimetrial #aero #bikefit by @addform_coaching
