A Mind Worth Understanding 🤍

Four years, countless lessons, prayers, tears, growth, and perseverance later… I can finally say I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

This journey stretched me in ways I never expected. There were moments I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, exhausted, and even disconnected from myself, but somehow I kept going. Along the way, I not only studied the human mind, but also strengthened my own.

Psychology became more than a major to me. It deepened my empathy, challenged my perspective, and confirmed my passion for helping others heal, grow, and feel seen. Every obstacle shaped me into the woman I am becoming, and for that I’m grateful.

To everyone who supported, prayed for, encouraged, and believed in me through this journey, thank you. And most importantly, thank you, God, for carrying me through every season.

A Legacy, A Sisterhood, A Lifetime 🤍

To “the chapter so nice they had to name it twice,” Delta Delta has been filled with growth, leadership, sisterhood, service, and unforgettable memories that will stay with me long after graduation. From moments of joy and laughter to challenges that pushed me into becoming a stronger version of myself, every experience helped shape the woman I am today.

To my 63 sisters, thank you for the memories, the lessons, the laughter, the
support, and the love. We grew together, overcame together, and created a bond that I know will last far beyond our time on the yard. I will forever cherish the sisterhood we built together.

To my mommy and grandmother, thank you for inspiring me and showing me what this sisterhood truly means. Watching your love for Delta Sigma Theta throughout my life made me dream of one day wearing these letters myself. Being able to continue our family legacy and fulfill a lifelong dream is something I will never take for granted. Walking in the footsteps of the incredible women before me is one of my greatest honors, and I hope to continue making you proud every step of the way.

Serving, leading, praying, and growing in Delta Land has truly been an honor. Forever grateful for every lesson, every memory, and every sisterhood moment. No matter where life takes me, Delta will always hold a special place in my heart.
