LHS Alumni 💜 - - - This diploma isn’t just for me it’s for Papa Larry and Uncle Aaron who watched me walk that stage from above. This last school year has been the most difficult and the best year all at the same time. I learned many lessons this year, found God, and lost people I love. I’m truly grateful for having such an amazing family that always believes in me even when I don’t believe in myself. Around the last month of school if you were to ask me if I’d be walking that stage I may not have had an answer. I went through many mental challenges but with the help of God, family, and friends I did it. I dug myself out of the hole I was in and walked that stage. I conquered the fear and anxiety that held me back. I’m the most thankful for what I’ve learned from other people this year and in past years. Even if it was a negative experience it was still a beautiful lesson to learn. I’ve learned with the help of God to be truly grateful for every single moment. And thanks to God and my mom I learned to mature and take responsibility for actions I’ve caused and just start to build myself up to being the person I was meant to be. I’m forever grateful to my class in good times and bad. I could never picture myself with another school or class. I thank everyone who believed in me. Today I had the honor of being baptized! This is a huge memory that I will never forget. I want to thank all my friends and family that came and supported me through my journey through Jesus Christ and I promise this is just the very beginning of this journey! And thank you to Pastor James for Baptizing me!! In the end of my testimony I said something that I want to share, I am going to live my life through Jesus and I want everyone to know. I want everyone to know how you can forgive no matter how hard it is and you can expect victory from Jesus because he always has a plan for you and me.
