🗽 NEW YORK MARATHON 2023 🗽

A hugely humbling experience, and it doesn’t get much bigger than this. 18 months of preparation and sacrifices, to walk away with a 25 minute PB, I’m over the moon to say the least. The crowd were immense the whole way through.

A huge thank you to every single person that’s run with me, especially on my long runs. Finally a big thank you to @angelicabourlotos for constantly having to deal with the early mornings and late nights 🏃🏻

🚨 P B 🚨

Ecstatic to finally break my @citybayfunrun PB yesterday! Not only that, but I finally broke 50 minutes for the first ever time too (48:58). It’s hitting these PBs/goals that make all the sacrifices and training over the past few months seem worth it. Still a long way to go but definitely enjoying the journey I’m on 🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏻

Got to meet @donnyvdbeek tonight! Absolute legend stopped for a photo, unlike the gigantic peanut @harrymaguire93 who shooed me off like the peasant I am

Awesome team effort this morning to finish second overall in the 5km team relay. My first ever running place medal, much better than the standard finisher medal! Managed to top off the morning with my 5km PB too 🏃🏻‍♂️🏅
