I am beyond excited to share my senior solo “Last Song” choreographed by @jenbalagna 💕 I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to recompete this solo in the Title Showdown and was awarded 2nd runner up for Miss Believe! I don’t think it’s really hit me yet that this was my last nationals with the team that has been such a huge part of my life.

It’s hard to believe this chapter is coming to an end. Being a part of kcdc since season 1 has been the biggest blessing. I have had the privilege of watching it grow while growing alongside it and it’s amazing to look back on everything built over the years.

I came in as a little girl who just loved to dance (with not much talent😂) and somehow along the way, kcdc became my home. This team has been a safe place for me and has taught me way more than how to dance. It taught me discipline, resilience, confidence, teamwork, and how to keep showing up even when things get hard.

To my teammates—thank you for being so much more than teammates. My favorite memories and biggest laughs happened because of you guys , and I don’t know what these years would’ve looked like without you. I’m so lucky I got to share this journey with every single one of you. You will forever be my best friends and I love you all so much!

To my teachers—thank you for everything you’ve poured into us over the years. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me even when I didn’t always believe in myself, and helping me become the dancer and person I am today. Thank you for creating a place that always felt like home and for giving us memories that will stay with us forever.

No matter where life takes me, a part of me will always belong to my second home @kansascitydanceco by @addy.reno
