WANT TO GET YOUR STRADDLE? 👀🔥 My pre-pro dancer @addyhoenig and I set a goal: get her straddle — something she’s never had before! A strong straddle isn’t just about flexibility. You need strength + mobility + control to create the shape safely and effectively. We worked on: ✦ Opening the hips through the glutes ✦ Building outer-leg strength ✦ Lengthening the hamstrings + inner thighs ✦ Creating more space through the hips ✦ Stretching and strengthening the muscles needed for her straddle It’s not about forcing the position — it’s about training your body to understand how to get there 💪🏼 @bodytechtraining equipment always 🏋️ #nikkigirroirchoreo #dancetraining #nikkigirroirtraining #dancestudioowner #dance by @addyhoenig
