WE ARE 🦁
#committed

I’m excited to officially announce that I am furthering my academic and athletic career at THE Penn State University💙🤍

First of all I just want to thank God for giving me these abilities and amazing opportunities I’ve had already in my career. And I want to thank my parents and family, my biggest supporters and #1 fans. You guys will never know how much you truly mean to me. I also want to thank my closest friends who I’ve vented to or talked about this decision with. I’m forever grateful.

Special thank you to my coach @ghostfacedmillah for seeing the potential in me and sticking by me these last 4 years and @garagestrength + @throwsuniversity family. None of this would’ve been possible without your support.

Thank you Coach Hill for this amazing opportunity! I’m ready to work 🫡 by @addystiverson60

"Just do what you do," is her motto and she does it better than anyone else in the throwing ring.

@addystiverson60 spent the last 5 days @garagestrength working on some movement corrections.

Going through different positions and working to improve the left side on her throw.

This throw is a HUGE step in a big throw progression.

Congrats Addy and Adam you animals. #throwfarandPR taken in Throws University by @addystiverson60
