President of Executive Dysfunction | querying MEDUSA SURVIVES THIS TIME 🐍 | Michigander | probably doing a sudoku puzzle

POSTS STORIES REELS

Hello! I’ve posted the first 4 chapters of MEDUSA SURVIVES THIS TIME on my Substack (link in bio) as a thank you for the love and support over the years. I hope you enjoy. 💜 by @addythelopez

Before you get too excited, this is NOT a publishing date announcement (although I wish it was 🥲).

I AM OFFICIALLY QUERYING (again)! And my Medusa novel has a new name: Medusa Survives This Time.

After receiving multiple rejections and incredibly helpful feedback from one agent last summer, I decided to revise Medusa Survives This Time for a third time.

While I was disheartened at first that I needed to revise again, I’m so glad that I took the time to do so. This story and these characters have grown in a way I couldn’t have imagined these past few months!

I’ll continue to post updates on my social media and Substack (link in bio)! As always, thank you for your support and patience. 💜 by @addythelopez

*distant screaming* Everything is fine….🙂

NOTE: MEDUSA SURVIVES THIS TIME is NOT published yet. I am currently querying agents.

Got to meet the cutest kittens this weekend! by @addythelopez

Hello! I’m so excited to share that I’ve started a YouTube channel for Sims 4 storytelling (which is linked in my bio)!

I’ve grown up playing the Sims most of my life and loved telling stories myself through the game.

Since I am deep in the query trenches (which is so much fun! 🫠), I want a different medium of storytelling that isn’t as stressful or need to be perfect. This way, I can tell stories for the fun of it! I’ll be posting on this channel when I can as I am still making getting published a priority.

Please checkout the first video if you’re interested! I’m currently editing the first two episodes and will be positing soon!
