My second ever club competition!! Find out how I got on!

I’m still getting used to the nerves and playing from the white tees.

Waking up so late threw me off big time as I didn’t really warm up or eat but lessons for next time! Check your alarm settings for the weekend 😂

It was disappointing but there were also positives.

My chipping was very good and some pitches were great.

I also didn’t allow myself to get too down on myself!

I’m still alive and healthy and that’s what counts, met some new people and was able to walk the course on a lovely morning.

What a blessing!!!!

Thank you Lord Jesus for life and for every day! What a gift!

1. Hold the grip like I’m holding a tube of toothpaste and I don’t want to squeeze any out in my swing. Helping me to loosen up and not grip tight!

2. Really getting into my target - see and picture the target and just focus on hitting to the picture in my head.

3. Lean Back! Feel more of my weight on my heels instead of the balls my feet. For me it’s feeling me to swing a bit more shallow and get the club staying more on plane. Still working on this.

4. Play more courses on trackman/top tracer - helps to simulate the club selection and playing different shots like on the course!

I’m definitely not there yet, got to keep working at it and take it to the course where it counts!

Let me know what’s one thing you wish someone told you at the beginning of your golf journey in the comments! Let’s help each other out!

God bless you, Jesus love you way more than we love golf!

P.s. I’m just having fun editing lol

As a self taught golfer this is book has been a game changer for me! However, I’m actually planning on booking a lesson soon.

I think if the best in the world need teachers then I do too!!

The 5 Focus for us the following fundamentals:

Grip
Stance
Backswing
Downswing

Critical lessons and practices that have helped me loads!!!

Have you read this before? What other books would you recommend?

God bless you!

Sometimes maybe good…

Grateful to God for all things. Life is so precious and we can’t take anything for granted!!!

Another song:
Count your blessings, name them 1 by 1.

Count your blessings, see what God has done.

Count your blessings, name them 1 by 1.

Then you will remember what the Lord has done.

Be blessed all!

@redbull do you have a Golf Programme and where do I sign up? Real golf balls… inside 😏

This is how I spent most evenings if I am free, TV and chipping/putting.

My wife calls me crazy. I call it dedication, teetering on addiction.

How do you practice at home?

Also, the dummy was a paid actor, don’t mind the messy front room!

The love of Jesus is so wonderful. It’s so high you can’t get over it, so low you can’t get under it, so wide you can’t around it. Oh wonderful love.

We would sing this song in my parents church when I was younger.

It was a happy song with fun actions, but it had a simple message. Jesus loves you with a one-of-a-kind love.

As a dad I want my kids to know the same and I hope I can share this message with you too.

Share this with someone who needs to know they are loved.

God bless you! Happy Sunday ✝️

Bible verses for reference:
Jeremiah 31:3
1 John 4:19
1 John 4:18
John 3:16

Come play a par 4 with me! Shot 100 yesterday (Not this video).

Lots of bogeys and 2 blow up holes. Crazy how 2 9/10 holes can ruin a round lol!

Going to break 100 soon tho.

God bless y’all!
