Your swim doesn’t have to be in silence.
The ANSTEN X6 combines open-ear bone-conduction listening with 8GB of built-in storage for your music so your playlist can come to the pool while your phone stays on deck.

With IPX8 waterproofing and a magnetic-contact charging point, it is a practical addition to your swim bag.

Find the ANSTEN X6 on Amazon. Link in my bio.

I may earn a commission if you buy through my link. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Your body doesn't care if you're pitch-perfect or tone-deaf.

The vibration in your throat isn't just singing, it’s a physical manual override for your nervous system. When you belt out a chorus (even if it's strictly a solo shower performance), you are physically massaging your Vagus Nerve.

This nerve is the "off switch" for your fight-or-flight response. Your brain hears the resonance, feels the deep breath, and decides......"We aren't in danger."

You don't need a record deal to hack your biology. You just need to make some noise.

Stop waiting for the fear to pass. Sing it into submission.
