SAMPLE PROCESS⁠ ⁠ 色んな場面で着れる、ユニークでかっこいいシルクトップスが欲しくて作り始めたのがこれ。⁠友達とランチ、おしゃれなディナー、飲み会、イベントとかに着ても飽きないトップスがいいなって思いながらデザインしました。でもこれが結構大変で、思ったより多くのサンプルが必要でした。100%シルクはストレッチが無いからネックラインを綺麗にするのに苦労たけど、最後まで諦めずにサンプルを作り続けました！⁠ ⁠ 商品作りの裏側をもっと見たいと思う方、是非フォローしてね！⁠ ⁠ We wanted to make a unique, elevated silk top that works for lunch, brunch, dinners, drinks, events, you name it. This one took so many samples to get the neckline right. With this silk fabric having no stretch it was a tough one. 少量生産 / Small batch production⁠ ⁠ アパレル業界では大量生産・大量消費を行う企業が多く、余剰在庫は焼却され、これによるCO2排出量は世界で年間約2700万トンを超えています。私たちはこの統計数値の一部にはならないと決意しました。ADEERAでは少量生産を心がけることで必要以上に在庫を作らず、廃棄物を最低限に抑えてることが出来ます。余った生地を使ってシュシュを作ったり、新しい商品のサンプルに使ったり。なるべくwasteをゼロに。 ⁠ By now you've probably heard that the fashion industry is known for overproduction and waste. The amount of CO2 released from incinerating unsold stock each year amounts to over 2.7 million tons globally. We don't want to be part of that statistic. Our products are produced in small batches to avoid producing more than we need. We create products like scrunchies out of scrap fabric leftover from production, or use it towards our next samples.
