I’ve had the idea for @themindsetgeneration for years: a place where meaningful conversations take place, a place to inspire, excite them to learn something new, help them expand their views or just simply enjoy a beautiful conversation filled with intention. Intention to help others. I am very driven in my life to help people see that everything they need is already within them and that by tapping into their own voice, they can help change the ways of being that are no longer serving them. It’s all about understanding the patterns, observing and changing them. I am about to launch my podcast in June and I am so excited to bring these conversations to you, the listeners, who are the ones I am doing this for. I really do hope you enjoy the content and am so excited to hear your impressions once it’s out!

They say don’t meet your heroes, but I met some of mine - and I can assure you, they’re as kind as you’d imagine.

It was an honor and immense pleasure to meet @simonsinek , @brenebrown and @adamgrant during @brilliantmindssthlm in Stockholm.

During the recording of @thecuriosityshop they explored what it really takes to transform an organization - and it starts somewhere unexpected: with the leader’s own nervous system.

Before strategy, before systems thinking, the question is whether the leader is regulated. Self-awareness. Metacognition. Emotional regulation. Mindfulness. You can’t lead a transformation you haven’t done within yourself first.

A few ideas that stayed with me:

On the inner game - that pure love and joy of tennis Simon spoke about: Performance = Potential − Interference. So much of what holds us back isn’t capacity, it’s interference.

On Brené’s mental model - she shared The Inner Game of Tennis, a book she’s reread every year for 40 years, the one that shapes how she assesses and makes sense of the world. What stayed with me in particular is hearing that the biggest trigger to shame is irrelevance - and that the goal isn’t to be a knower, it’s to be a learner.

On the state of the org - companies racing to learn AI while planning to cut jobs. But as Adam put it, there’s still no alternative to human ingenuity.

This is my Disneyland. I am so grateful to meet people whose work has not only helped shape me professionally but has contributed to my own personal development as a human being. 💗
