A white lady at a protest asked me “ Do you feel like white people that are out here are making a difference or are just doing it to make themselves feel better?”. To answer her question: that is between them and their conscience. If you are white or a POC ( POC ≠ Black), showing your solidarity and fighting for change does NOT just stop and end at physically protesting. Sign petitions, donate to funds (link in bio), and CHECK YOURSELF AND COLLEAGUES PRIVILEGE. Don’t just stand up for what’s right only at this moment, but until the day you die in every aspect of your lives. #blacklivesmatter by @adellas_backlog
