10 June 2026 - A moment to remember.

My doctoral thesis defense was not only an academic milestone, but also a deeply meaningful moment of reflection, gratitude, and hope.

Very nervous at the beginning, and once I imagined as a tense 1 hour moments, yet it turned into a warm, thoughtful, and inspiring academic discussion. The questions, insights, and encouragement from the board of examiners opened a wider perspective on how this research can contribute to the future implementation of occupational health in Indonesia. To have dr @marsen_i and dr Amiliya as my paranymph, their support made the exam run smoother. The smiles and the proud look from the board made my heart feel so warm,

With sincere gratitude to my promoters Prof @muchtaruddinmansyur , co-promoters, Prof @wawaimuli and dr Ninik, mentors the genetic expert dr @safarinamalik, my statistic coach dr @ariakeka, and other mentors dr @diana_sunardi , dr. Dicky Tahapari, de Nani Sudarsono, and Prof Stephan B O’Reilly who share his time from Dublin. Also to the Dean and Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia and Community Medicine Department Head, Doctoral@Study Program Head Dept and all the staff, and everyone who has guided and supported this journey.

This moment marks not the end of a study, but the beginning of a greater responsibility in the field of worker’s health

I am beyond blessed to be surrounded by great people that guided me to this point. Alhamdulillah

It’s been a week and still feel unreal …

There was a time when this felt so far away.
Now, seeing FACOEM after my name is a dream come true.

Like a dream I once held so carefully finally becoming real
A dream shaped by resilience, patience, and so many unseen moments.

Through every hardship, every doubt, and every step forward, every challenge along the way has shaped this moment
Grateful for the journey, and for every good people who walked it with me.
.
For my girls, my Mom, my sisters and brother, Madjid family, thank you for being my backbone . For my teachers, me mentors, my good friends thank you for keep believing in me and supporting me along the way, It means a lot. My former FACOEM in ICSOEM dear friend @yohamacaraballoarias and @dr.ahmed_albadry thanks for the inspiration that being international member is possible to achieve this. And to have teh @tinatkintan and @liamadjid05 to witness this medallion award ceremony made this more special.

I'm OFFICIALLY A MARATHONER!!!!
.
This is not only about finishing a marathon and unlock the new goal. What I feel the most of today is more about love and support from family and friends that I can finally came to this point. I feel so loved and so lucky!.
.
Utk tim supporting disini my sissy @liamadjid05, mas @hanief_y n mba @linlind4 juga mycool niece @chikasabila. Gila banget supportnya. Kerasa ikutan excited sejak pagi ikut nemenin n nungguin para Virgin marathoners aku n kang @hedi_yunus hampir 7 jam itu bukan cuma nemenin tp murni real support. Sampe total ikutan lari sana sini cari spot but cheering sampe total jalan 15K.
.
Juga virtual supporters dr anak anak, keluarga n sahabat yg sejak awal sampe sini DM, WhatsApp untuk doain dan ikutan monitor. Group keluarga yg on terus sampe saya finish walau hampir subuh di Jakarta. I cannot ask for more to have such a sincere care from all of you yg gak bisa saya sebutkan satu per satu.
.
Coach @roziachmad12 yg sabar selama 4 bulan training juga dgn segala banyak absen krn urusan dinas n dr @chikih_hp29 yg from day 1 sejak dapet ballot ini meyakinkan bahwa saya bisa.
.
I just want to say THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️. Hanya Allah yang bisa balas semua kebaikan yang diberikan.
.

Juga teh @riska_rahmawati yg udah ngacir sejak awal, nuhuun ya teh. And congratulations utk WMM ke-5 nya.
.
Not mentioning my Virgin marathoner buddy kang @hedi_yunus yg luar biasa konsisten diantara drama cedera lututnya. I see with my own eyes bagaimana perjuangan bulak balik susul menyusul sampe.akhirnya finish strong, safe and happy duluan dr aku🔥. Abis KM 22 I experience hitting the wall yg too early.
.
So today is truly the climax of all hard work and all the long waiting to be a VIRGIN MARATHON at 55! It's all paid off.

A post-race getaway is always one of the things we look forward to most on every marathon trip. And this time, Switzerland was our pick… and what a magical experience it turned out to be! 🇨🇭✨🏔️
.
As of our previous adventures, sharing this journey with Kang @hedi_yunus, @hanief_y, @linlind4, and @liamadjid05 made it even more special. We surely missed Teh @riska_rahmawati. Additional Coach @ariefchaniago_ has completed this trip
.
Also thank you to mas @anggaanwar for the dinner host with delicious sambel and chicken barbecue and fresh daun kemangi, masya Allaah, sedap
.
Beautiful places, endless laughter, great company, and unforgettable moments. Another chapter of friendship, adventure, and memories to treasure forever. 🩵🩵
.
Until our next marathon adventure! 🏃‍♀️🌍🌟

2 years ago, she held my hand on the last mile of my virgin Marathon in Chicago. This year I am beyond proud to run hand in hand crossing the finish line of Berlin marathon with my sister on her first ever full Marathon in her 60 years old.
.
I saw her determination, her big will to be a marathoner. Not an easy journey to build the strength, the endurance and muscle mass from zero. She did it consistently even when I was out of training during my end of study program.
.
Thanks to our coach @roziachmad12 to make this happened and we finished happy and safe. Thanks to the Madjid family @tinatkintan and all the brother sister nieces n nephews for the continuously support. The big support of dear friends was also a key of this success.
.
Big congratulations on your achievement @liamadjid05. You have proven that nothing is impossible. My heart is full 🌟

Just want to share the hype and the town cheering of @berlinmarathon 2026. One of the best! They called our names written in our BIB number. From the small kids and elders were on the street cheering for us.
.
None of each miles without the cheering. Many ensembles, choir and bands played the music with their heart for this event.
.
Every cheers really meant a lot for us as a runner. Thank you Berlin. Also thank you for all Indonesians bringing the flag 🇮🇩🇮🇩 and being our great supporters , you’re the best!!!
.
How can we not addict to this?? by @ademadjid

Not the best result as I expected, but hey! I made it as a finisher of @berlinmarathon 2026.
.
Despite of all this year’s challenge, this medal was definitely still a highlight of my life. I thank each person for all the story behind this medal, the training from coach @roziachmad12, the endless support and the pray from family and friends.
.
To witness my sister @liamadjid05 and my best friend @linlind4 and coach @ariefchaniago_ finished their virgin full marathon made this race so special. Big congratulations 🔥🔥. Sauté to kang @hedi_yunus to keep pushing and did his best and mas @hanief_y to always continuously cheering for us. It will still one of the best memories to treasure.
.
Again, I am glad I can reach my third 🏅of @wmmajors 🌟🌟🌟safely and happy. And this won’t be the last. I am strong, I am resilient.
