Almost a year off social media, took 3 solo train trips, and doing my ayahuasca retreat abroad in 2 months. I learned for years I was a serial people pleaser! I was splitting myself in 500 pieces and making sure everyone felt special and supported and ended up neglecting myself the most! I was way too invested in other people’s well being, their family’s lives, and well being more than they were invested in me and mine.

You only have one life to live so definitely be willing to lose what and whoever for your peace and purpose! by @adenbrent

Chapter 34 🥳 🎂 🎉
-I’ve done 34 laps and don’t regret not one.
-I’ve trusted people I shouldn’t have but I learned so much! -Giving my last with a smile at my lowest & pushing through circumstances I know would’ve folded my peers!
-These last couple years I’ve understood & found strength & purpose in isolation.
-Bulldozing everything and everyone that don’t align out of my space!
-My entire life been so meaningful & LIT lol
-That’s why I walk and talk like I do!
Im so fucking GRATEFUL & THANKFUL!

We celebrating all month!!!
