46 children kidnapped
46 dreams put on hold.
No child should ever fear going to school. 💔We cannot look away. We cannot stay silent. These are our children, our future, and they deserve protection, not trauma. I’m praying for their safe return and urging every Nigerian to raise their voice until they are brought home. 🇳🇬A nation that fails to protect its children must confront its need for change.
Bring Them Home. 💔🇳🇬

Last week, we gathered at the HGE Women of Higher Heights Conference, a room full of women hungry for growth, alignment, and elevation. A moment to pause the noise, the running, the responsibilities, and finally pour back into ourselves.

We talked about spiritual growth, mental health, career development, and the beautiful yet demanding journey of motherhood and parenting. And one truth kept rising:
So many women are carrying everything… except themselves.

We show up for family.
We show up for work.
We show up for everyone who calls our name.
But somewhere in the giving and the pouring we forget us.

This conference reminded us that you cannot lead, love, or nurture from an empty place.
Your spirit matters.
Your mind matters.
Your dreams matter.
You matter.

Today, we celebrate every woman — the strong, the soft, the healing, the rising. International Women’s Day reminds us that womanhood is layered with grace, courage, and quiet power.

And sometimes that power begins with the simple act of choosing yourself — even in the small things, like smelling good. A beautiful scent lifts your spirit, shifts your confidence, and reminds you that you deserve to feel good for you first.

So today, we celebrate every woman who shows up for herself.
Every woman who keeps going.
Every woman who loves deeply.
Every woman who is healing, growing, rising, blooming.

Here’s to the women who carry beauty in their spirit, power in their walk, and fragrance in their confidence.

Happy International Women’s Day — from McAvy Beauty, where we honor the woman you are and the woman you’re becoming.

One spray. The room shifts. That’s the projection. Hours later, they’re still asking what you’re wearing. That’s the longevity.
