My WhatsApp people saw this cominggg. 😁

I have been ranting about how one of my priorities this year is to improve my relational skills - more calls, faster DM responses and genuinely connecting with people on social media. I want to share opinions I know will help others and, essentially, kill the innate “overwhelm” I get from interacting with people outside my inner circle.

I am finally doing it and I promise to show up every week!
Counting on your support… 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

You think it is a personal finance problem but it is quietly hurting your business too and most business owners do not connect the dots until it is too late.

Here is how it is happening.

Your customers have less money to spend. Even if your product is good and your pricing is fair, people are prioritising survival right now. So your sales drop and you assume it is a marketing problem when it is actually a purchasing power problem.

Your input costs have gone up but your prices have not. Fuel, data, logistics, all of them have gone up. But many business owners are afraid to raise prices because they do not want to lose customers. So they absorb the increase quietly until the profit margin disappears entirely.

Your emergency buffer is worth less than it was six months ago. The money you set aside last year does not cover what it used to. Inflation has been eating it even while it sat in your account untouched.

Your staff are struggling too. When their cost of living rises and their salary does not, they start looking for better offers. You lose good people and spend money replacing them.

The rising cost of living is not just a personal problem. It is a business strategy problem and it requires a business strategy response.

Start by auditing your prices, your costs and your team structure. Not next month. Now!
