Another year with the biggest Marathon event in Malaysia @klscmarathon . Invited by Asics Malaysia and Dirigo Event to share some insight for the KLSCM Running Clinic 3. Did some sharing with @jaztan_ on fuelling and hydration strategies for runners. Few things that were emphasize were1. Supplement trial during training to familiarise the gut.2. Personalised hydration and gels during race and training including water and electrolytes.3. Increase carbohydrate intake prior to race day.#SoundMindSoundBody by @adifarizzul

Asics Superblast 3 is called SUPER Trainer for a reason 😉.The FF Leap foam midsole gives that nice soft cushioning feel with very good energy return. Don’t let the bulky size fools you, it feels light on the feet and yeap it’s lighter than the predecessor SB2.Don’t want to describe it in detail, you guys should try it on yourself and experience the shoes.@asicsmalaysia #SoundMindSoundBody#asicsrunning by @adifarizzul
