Single-Serving Hunter Chicken

Hunter’s Chicken has been part of @adills1 cooking since 2019. Alex approached us with the idea of turning the shape of his signature dish into a mold, which marked the start of our collaboration.

Now, five years later, we’ve developed the Mini Hunter’s Chicken Mold, a smaller version designed to present the dish in its entirety as an individual portion for one guest.

Its smaller size opens up possibilities beyond the Hunter Chicken, making it suitable for a wide range of different platings and both sweet and savoury preparations.

The Single-Serving Hunter Chicken Mold is available now in our webshop, this week with 20% OFF.

20% OFF - Alex Dilling Week

Our collaboration with @adills1 started several years ago with the Hunter Chicken. What began as a single project quickly grew into an ongoing exchange of ideas, brainstorming concepts and developing them into tools.

Five of those ideas have since made it into our collection, each developed together with Alex and available with his own step-by-step recipe card.

Last month, we visited Alex at @alexdillingcaferoyal to look back at the collection and take a closer look at the stories behind each product, from the initial idea to how he has used them throughout the years.

Over the next seven days, Alex will take us through these collaborations, sharing recipes, techniques and tips along the way.

We’ve also added something new to the collection. Curious? You can already find it in our webshop.

All five Alex Dilling products are available with 20% off throughout Alex Dilling Week.
