“When we focus on what we fear, we tune our radio to a low-frequency broadcast.” In a recent chat with friends, Adina shared a funny-yet-poignant story about ‘getting the middle seat’ on a recent flight. She was so focused on NOT getting the middle seat that the universe, with its literal sense of humour, put her there twice. Adina’s anecdote is a fun analogy for how many of us live our lives: 1. The resistance: We focus intensely on what we fear or dislike. 2. The fix: We frantically move around the ‘outer reality’ (trying to swap seats, changing jobs for the wrong reasons, or manipulating external circumstances) to escape our discomfort. 3. The boomerang: Because our internal focus hasn’t changed, the outer reality eventually snaps back to match our original worry. In our latest blog article, Victoria invites discussion on our ‘global middle seat’ and suggests helpful tools 🛠️ 🥰🙏🏼 https://netnomads.online/blog/the-global-middle-seat/ #vibrationalenergy #innerwork #netnomadscommunity #asimplyfablife #spiritualwisdom by @adina.folvaiter

In this world it's not so easy not to compare yourself with other people? Not to think others are better, smarter, prettier but what about just appreciating your own uniques qualities which you know you have? Just do you! It's enough:-) #beyourself #authenticity by @adina.folvaiter

It' s annoying me that stress became the new normal at work. We even forget that we choose to go to that job and we don't even know how to deal with that. We can start with remembering what relaxed means for us and what limits we need.... #stress #job #corporatelife by @adina.folvaiter
