I feel so much #gratitude to life and the people around me today! It’s not always sunshine ☀️ and cocktails 🍹 by the pool…. But when it is, I definitely make sure to appreciate it,savor it and remind myself that everything is temporary in this life, good or bad, it’s temporary! That’s why really being present in the moment with the ones you #love makes all the difference. Thank you to all the people who made my #birthday 🥳🎂🎁 month so special!

This song talks about “If this world was mine” well it is, for each and every one of us, you can choose to surround yourself with people who will make you feel like a #king
Sending LOVE back to everyone that’s in my life ❤️#california by @adishuruk

🚨INVESTORS ALERT🚨
As a general contractor, real estate investor & developer who’s been flipping dozens of homes over the years, I often get asked if I’m taking in some investors?!
So this year I decided to share the love by allowing up to 5 individuals to jump in on a flip with me.
If you have cash ⁉️If want to learn how⁉️If you have patience & want to make money 💰⁉️
Send me a direct message!

There are amazing opportunities everywhere at every moment in every market! For example this 4bedroom/3bathroom property right above fashion valley just waiting and begging to be flipped! #realestate #investment #flip #sandiego #california winter/spring 2026 taken in Birdland / Serra Mesa / San Diego by @adishuruk
