Boundaries…let’s talk about it! by @adjustedfrequency

When I 🗣 I want my voice to reach your ♥️. Healing ❤️‍🩹 takes support, healing takes time, healing takes accepting some truths you may not even be aware we’re true. It’s ok, don’t deny yourself bc of embarrassment or lack of knowledge. Use what you know now to be better, do better.

I’m fighting sugar/sweets, sending that heyyy big head text, budgets (like I feel like it’s mine I should spend it but my goals yall MY GOALS!), and now being patient while I wait for my rose 🌹 😏
Are you also fighting the good fight? What’s your mountain to climb?

Patient and waiting for blessings. However you can not just sit and wait on it. You have to show up and let the world know you’re ready and stay ready. 5 years of prayer and self reflection have been intensified my motivation but depression always has its grip on my neck. I’m learning to love not only my physical appearance but who I truly am. This may seem redundant to many but to me I feel like I’ve finally given myself permission to be free (@yasmine__fatima when you said that I seem so free it stuck with me). Shaquana I love me and I want myself to know the belief if me is sooo real. Sorry for the weird grammar but y’all get what I’m saying.

I’m not even gonna 🧢 I’m not feeling that OH AHHH feeling today. Woke up feeling tense before my prayer/meditation. My mind was on overdrive and I wasn’t awake for 5 minutes and I was already replaying last nights convos and the plans for today etc until I pressed 🛑mentally and just allowed time to pass. It was unsettling and I wanted to “fix” how I was feeling. Typical Capricorn ishhh to try and “work-out of” my feelings but it’s essential for me to sit in this to heal. #adultingishard but I ain’t no punk so I’m gonna handle this here life.

Kid Quana loved playing “What If?” One of the many games my cousin and I made up to pass time until we fell asleep. Little did i know I was learning how to pray and manifest. If i could go back I would teach myself about how powerful this was. (Sucks these kids can’t be this inventive)

So I wanna know what is holding you back? What have you been telling yourself that has you at a stand still? Let’s work through that shit!

History is a teacher not who you are. Learn the lessons and dust yourself off and *sings in opera tenor 😂TRRRRYYYY AGAAAIN!

The most influential person in your life is yourself. God has granted us with the power of decision making. Not too many of us are aware that we have options (even when it seems bleak). I implore you to discover who you are and love (her, him, them, whomever) furiously. Why? Because you deserve unconditional love and when you get it share that light with others. The world needs all the sparkles ✨ and shine ⭐️ it can get!
