As the seasons turn and autumn settles in, nature gently invites us to slow down, soften, and return to the root.

You are warmly invited to an evening of quiet presence as we honour the earth’s natural shift toward rest.

Together, we will anchor our awareness into the land beneath us and gather in the warmth of community connection.

Allow yourself to be held in a sacred space of gentle care:

🍂 Music Meditation: Soothing sounds to quiet the mind and harmonize with the deepening stillness of the season.
🍂 Hands-on Reiki: Loving energy work to soothe your nervous system and help you release what is ready to be shed.

Reminiscing on this beautiful evening we shared together to celebrate ONE YEAR of this incredible community - held by the land + stunning greenhouse studio that is @kindyogamarkham ✨

We can still feel the overwhelming feeling of love that poured into this co-creation. From each soul that contributed their unique essence to the evening’s rhythm in addition to the medicine of our sweet babes in attendance, to the delicious + nourishing snacks created by our soul sister @jamielanglois, to the magnitude of feels that asked to meet us with care + presence.

Each piece received with immense gratitude.

What started as a translation + union of Adam and I’s heARTs has created a ripple outward (and inward) that we can’t quite put into words, but is deeply felt + lasting.

We are excited to share that we will be back at KIND Yoga Studio on Friday October 2nd 7-8pm to close out their season 🙏🏼

For those of you who have been a part of an autumn offering with us here, you know the coziness that awaits us with the wood stove burning fire crackling in the background + the warmth by candle light and starlight in the greenhouse 🔥✨

Thirteen years… and always YOU!

Still the soul my heart reaches for. Still the eyes I search for across any crowded room.

Still the smile that lights up my whole world. Still the laugh that I want entangled through the soundtrack of my life.

Still my best friend. Still my deepest love.
Still the woman I would choose, over and over again.

There are billions of souls wandering this earth, and somehow, in this beautifully brief moment we are given to be alive, I found YOU!

Or better yet, maybe we were meant to find each other.

And of all the things I have created, discovered, dreamed, or become in this lifetime, nothing feels more sacred to me than the life we have co-created together.

Because, to me, we didn’t simply fall in love. We grew roots…deep ones.

Roots that have stretched courageously beneath thirteen years of marriage, 23 years of laughter and tears, desire and exhaustion, dreams and uncertainty, beginnings and endings, ordinary Tuesdays and moments so beautiful I wish I could have stopped time inside them with you.

And while those roots have grown deeper, we have both continued reaching upward - each of us becoming more fully ourselves. Ever-changing. Unfolding. Remembering who we are and dreaming of who we are to become!

And somehow, so elegantly and intentionally, the more we continue to become ourselves, the more we seem to grow into one another.

I think that is the kind of love I always hoped existed. Not a love that asks us to remain who we were when we first met. But instead, a love that inspires and says:

Go.

Play.

Become.

Discover.

Dream.

I will meet you there.

I want to spend my lifetime meeting you there!

Four years.

It still feels impossible that time has continued without you. Four years of birthdays, changing seasons, quiet mornings, and sunsets that somehow keep arriving. Four years of learning that love doesn’t end when a life does - it simply changes the way it exists.

I’ve realized something over these years.

Losing you didn’t make my life less beautiful.
It simply made beauty feel heavier.

Now every joyful moment carries two truths at once. I stand in complete reverence of this life - its wonder, its mystery, the privilege of being here to love, to create, to laugh, to watch my children grow. I feel more grateful than I ever thought possible for the ordinary miracles that surround us every day.

And yet, beneath that gratitude, there is always you.

There is the quiet ache of knowing that every beautiful thing I experience is one more thing I cannot share with you in this life.

It is a strange way to live - holding overwhelming joy in one hand and profound sorrow in the other. Neither cancels out the other. They simply coexist, constantly colliding to teach me that the depth of my grief has always been a reflection of the depth of my love.

I wish we had more time.

Not because what we had wasn’t enough to shape me forever, but because loving someone like you makes forever feel too short.

If I’ve learned anything these past four years, it’s this:

Love doesn’t ask us to choose between joy and grief.

It asks us to carry both.

To laugh with tears still waiting behind our eyes.

To stand in wonder while honoring what we’ve lost.

To keep living fully, even with a heart that will always have a room saddened and reserved for someone who is no longer here.

But I’ll also keep noticing the beauty. I’ll keep loving deeply. I’ll keep saying yes to this extraordinary life, because I know that’s how you walked this life, and that’s what you would want for me.

So today, I miss you.

Building a playground for a brave little warrior navigating a life threatening disease is something that will live on in our hearts far beyond this moment in time✨

It lives on in the physical playground that stands in this little boys backyard as much as it does in the continuous hugs + inspiring joy we exchanged with him throughout the day.

Witnessing my very own 🌞 step up (year after year) and lead the build made my heart overflow with pride. He didn’t just assemble a playground; he gathered a beautiful team of hearts to share a day filled with love, hope + light.

The greatest reward was the deep, heartwarming connection we shared with this sweet child, a bond made permanent when he + Noah made a special promise to always be in each others lives, from this day forward, it was love at first sight 🥹

May the road ahead for this precious boy be paved with strength, healing, and endless joy.

We pray that his path is always gentle, and that no matter where life takes him, that he always feels our love wrapped tightly around him, near or far.

May his mama’s heart be held with tenderness + care as she so bravely holds her child. That she continues to have countless experiences + reminders of the village that is standing beside her - willing to hold her in her fullness as she bears witness to her son’s journey. Landing so deeply on my heart 🙏🏼

To everyone who helped make this day possible—whether you purchased a baked good from Noah as he raised funds, joined us on-site to build for the day, or sent your love from afar—thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We enjoyed a beautiful evening grounding in the space at KIND Yoga Greenhouse Studio @kindyogamarkham last night, preparing for our cozy 1 year anniversary celebration with our EARTH & ETHER community this coming Saturday June 27 from 7-9pm ✨

If you are feeling the call to join us, to share a nourishing evening together in this magical space, this is your last call lovelies.

This celebration is welcoming all ages - babes, children, youth, adults + elders and will include a restorative sound bath music mediation and nourishing snacks courtesy of our dear friend and talented nutritionist Jamie @jamielanglois 🤍

This evening is our way of expressing our gratitude and appreciation for your love + support over this past year. We have called in so many beautiful souls + we look forward to continuing to walk this path together in deep love, care + reverence for one another. A safe space where we can continue to meet ourselves, each other + the beautiful lands that hold us.

Some people change lives loudly. Others do it humbly, honestly, consistently, and with so much heart that the impact becomes immeasurable.

That is who my wife is.

This week @sara.pagliaro received the James “Jim” Albery Award, and was recognized and celebrated for being an educator whose entire spirit is rooted in uplifting others. Her passion is never performative - it genuinely radiates naturally through every interaction, every student she advocates for, every family she supports, and every person fortunate enough to cross her path.

If you know Sara, you know she has this incredible ability to make people feel seen, safe, valued, and capable of more than they believed possible within themselves. She leads with empathy, gives endlessly of her heart, and carries a level of compassion that genuinely transforms lives.

What amazes me most is that the work she is being honoured for is simply who she is privately, every single day.

I see the care she pours into others when nobody is watching. I see the emotional energy she gives to ensure every child feels supported and understood. I see the late nights, the constant encouragement, the fierce advocacy, and the way she refuses to let anyone feel overlooked or left behind.

And somehow, through all of it, she continues to inspire everyone around her with her grace, humility, kindness, and gentle strength.

Sara, I am in awe of you every single day. Not just because of this award, but because of the human being you are. The way you love people. The way you show up for others. The way your presence alone can bring comfort, confidence, and hope to those who need it most.

This recognition is so deserved because your impact reaches far beyond classrooms, programs, or titles. You are leaving fingerprints on hearts, helping shape lives, and creating ripple effects of compassion and empowerment that will continue for generations.

I could not be prouder to walk beside you and witness the incredible difference you make in this world.

Dear EARTH & ETHER Family,

With full hearts, we’re so honoured to invite you to a very special evening as we celebrate one year of EARTH & ETHER ✨

On Saturday, June 27th, we’ll be gathering at KIND Yoga in Markham to celebrate this beautiful journey — and more importantly, the people who have shaped it along the way.

Over this past year, EARTH & ETHER has grown through the love, trust, openness, and support of this incredible community. From our intimate circles to every new soul fam who has sat in circle with us, to the studio owners and collaborators who have welcomed our offerings into their spaces — each of you has become part of the heartbeat of what EARTH & ETHER is co-creating.

This evening is our way of saying thank you.

Together, we’ll gather in celebration, reflection, connection, and gratitude for the ripple effect we’ve created through these shared moments of sound, ceremony, healing, and presence. What began as a simple intention to create sacred spaces for community has continued to unfold in the most beautiful and humbling ways — and we truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Nine years ago, a beautiful soul arrived on this earth and changed the rhythm of my heart forever. This was a weekend of celebration, as my little lady bug 🐞Laylah Rose turned NINE!🎂🎉

To my sweet daughter; you are pure sunlight woven into human form, a gentle reminder that magic still exists in this world. I’ve watched you grow from tiny hands reaching for mine into a beautiful spirit discovering her own wings. Every laugh, every hug, every hand squeeze, every dream you share has become a cherished thread in the tapestry of my life.

You have taught me that love is not simply something we give - it is something that expands us. Through your eyes, I have rediscovered a wonder for the world. Through your heart, I have relearned the softness of my own soul. Through your presence, I have become a better man.

May you always know your worth, trust your light, and remember that you carry an entire universe within you.

We stand in the sacred in-between, as the sun’s presence is gently lengthening each day, stretching out the light to slowly warm the earth + deeply nourish our spirits.

While the summer solstice is not yet fully here, we can feel her presence approaching, inviting us to soften our edges, slow our pace, and tune our hearts to the coming light.

This evening is a gentle invitation to anchor into that steady, upcoming energy and find nourishment in the unfolding.

Together, we will breathe with the seasons and prepare our vessels through restorative ritual of guided music meditation, hands on Reiki + the warmth of community connection.

Rest deeply in the magic of this exact moment, fully held by the transition.
