✝️Removing admin burdens so pastors can focus on ministry
Monthly partnerships + one-time projects
Free 30-day church plant support
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Hi, I'm Brandy 👋 and I started Administry because I couldn't shake this one thought:

What if pastors could actually leave the office at a decent time? What if volunteer coordinators didn't have to scramble on Sunday morning because something fell through the cracks? What if church leaders could focus on PEOPLE instead of spreadsheets?

I spent time as a Next Steps Director at a church plant. I understand the chaos some churches face. The Sunday-morning panic when you realize no one has confirmed the volunteers.

I built Administry Church Solutions to give ministry leaders their time back. Because your calling is the pulpit and the people, not fixing Planning Center glitches at 11pm, creating workflows, or event planning.

If you're a pastor, church planter, or ministry leader at a church under 1,000 - I see you. And I'm here to help. 💖

What's the admin task stealing the most time from your ministry right now? Drop it in the comments 👇

The church is not just preparing people for Sunday. We are preparing people for eternity.

That changes everything.

Every sermon preached, every prayer prayed, every disciple mentored, every first-time guest followed up with, and every person cared for matters deeply to God.

But many pastors today are carrying overwhelming administrative burdens that are pulling their attention away from the people they were called to shepherd.

The reality is this:
People are searching for truth, hope, healing, and direction. They need pastors who are spiritually present, not constantly exhausted from trying to manage every operational detail alone.

Healthy church administration is not about building a corporation.
It is about removing distractions so ministry can flourish.

When systems are healthy:

• Guests are cared for
• Volunteers are supported
• Communication becomes clear
• Follow-up actually happens
• Pastors recover time for prayer, discipleship, and shepherding

We believe pastors should have the freedom to focus on what matters most:

Leading people to Jesus and preparing hearts for eternity.

“Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour.”
Matthew 25:13 (ESV)

If you’re a church plant, Administry offers free 30-day support for select churches to help build healthy systems from the beginning. Comment CHURCH PLANT to get details! by @administry.cs

This week I'm building a volunteer workflow for a multi-site church in Oregon.

They've been running on 'whoever shows up' energy, and it's just not working anymore, so I'm creating:

✅ A simple application process
✅ Automated background checks
✅ Clear role descriptions
✅ A scheduling system that doesn't rely on Sunday morning panic

My favorite part of this? Watching pastors realize they don't have to do EVERYTHING themselves.

When I met with this pastor, he explained that he had spent 30 hours building this process and still wasn't confident he had done it right🤯. My heart hurt hearing this because he is called to so much more than building a process.

I'm honored I GET to do this and give him time back in his day to be with his family, congregation, and the Lord. 🙏🏻 by @administry.cs

Things I learned managing volunteers at a church plant:

❌ Guilt-tripping people into serving
✅ Celebrating the people who show up and trusting God with the gaps

❌ Asking volunteers to serve with only a 24-48 hour notice
✅ Recruiting is a 365-day conversation

❌ 'We'll find someone' is not a plan
✅ Having a backup for your backup is

❌ Assuming people saw the serve reminder
✅ Personally reach out if you haven't received serve confirmation. People before ministry.

The best thing I ever did? Built systems so volunteers actually KNEW what they were walking into. Clear expectations. Smooth onboarding. Regular appreciation.

Turns out people love serving when they're set up to succeed 🙌

Planning Center is a game-changer...once you know how to actually USE it 😅

When I started using PCO at a church plant, we were using PCO for like 10% of what it could do. Today when I work with new churches or those under 500 attendees, they are spending HOURS using manual processes because they don’t understand PCO.

Here are 5 things that will save you HOURS:

1️⃣ Automate the first guest follow-up
2️⃣ Centralize everything in Church Center
3️⃣ Build teams before you need them
4️⃣ Use workflows for volunteer onboarding
5️⃣ Setup service type templates

Which one are you trying this week? Or drop a question about PCO below 👇

Ministry Is Meant to Be an Overflow🫗

During my walk this morning, I was reminded of a season in ministry when I was running on empty. I was serving with the best intentions—long days, giving everything I had because I wanted people to feel loved and cared for by the church. ⛪

But somewhere along the way, my time with God became less..…and my service became more about striving than surrender. 😔 When that happens, ministry stops being an overflow and starts being fueled by our own strength, and that’s a heavy place to live.

If you’re a church leader reading this and feeling overwhelmed, tired, or quietly questioning your calling, let this be your gentle reminder: pause today. 💖 Sit with the Lord. Lay it all at His feet and let Him meet you there. 🛐

Ministry will always have a never-ending to-do list. But we’re not called to just do....we’re called to be with Him. Let’s choose the better portion today, stay at His feet a little longer, and trust that everything else will flow from that place 🤍🫗 by @administry.cs

What happens after someone visits your church for the first time? 🤔

Most churches do a great job welcoming guests on Sunday…
but don’t always have a clear next step after.

One church I serve didn’t offer a space for new guests to ask questions or learn how to get connected.

💡So we introduced a monthly new guest class.

With simple registrations, clear communication, and a repeatable rhythm, the church has seen:

✅ Increased memberships
✅ Clear next steps for guests
✅ Volunteers who love the process

This is the kind of behind-the-scenes support I provide through Administry, helping churches build systems that care for people well. 💖

If your church needs clearer next steps for guests, I’d love to help! taken in Mesa, Arizona by @administry.cs

Brandy, the heart behind Administry, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, alongside her mother and older sister. Though she didn’t grow up attending church or saying daily prayers, there was always a quiet curiosity in her heart. A deep wondering if there was a God who saw her, loved her, and had a purpose for her life despite the pain and choices of her past.

At 23, Brandy reached the lowest point in her life. Overwhelmed and without hope, she made a plan to end her life. But God, rich in mercy, intervened that very day. It was in that dark moment that the light of Jesus broke through. Since then, Brandy has spent over 15 years wholeheartedly pursuing a relationship with the God who rescued her. She is living proof that Jesus redeems, restores, and repurposes lives for His glory.

In 2023, the Lord placed a fresh calling on Brandy’s heart to be part of a church plant. As the Next Steps Director, she led with excellence, managing serve teams, coordinating operations, overseeing class registrations, planning events, and more. It was in the middle of this vibrant but high-pressure season of ministry that God gave her a new vision.

Brandy saw firsthand how administrative burdens could weigh down pastors and church leaders, pulling them away from the pulpit and the people. With over a decade of corporate experience in project management and operations, and a deep understanding of church life, Brandy realized she could do something about it.

That “something” became Administry! A Christ-centered solution to help churches operate with excellence behind the scenes, so leaders can focus on what matters most: shepherding people and preaching the Gospel.

Brandy’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help churches build strong administrative foundations that will carry them for decades, empowering them to reach more people with the life-transforming love of Jesus.

Through Administry, she offers more than services; she offers support, strategy, and Spirit-led partnership to help ministries thrive. #churchadministrator #administry #churchplant #churchadmin taken in Mesa, Arizona by @administry.cs
