That pretty much sums up the show day at @gba_ev for first-timer @admirmx
A package that looked anything but first-timer was rewarded with multiple titles and a Pro Card this weekend and deservedly so.
-
Our first milestone of the season, and one we’ll continue to build on over the coming weeks. In two weeks, we have a very special show coming up, so we’ll be making one final push to bring an even better package to the stage.
-
I’m proud of you, my friend.
-
I know how far you’ve come to get to this point. Things haven’t always gone smoothly, and you’ve had to go through a lot along the way. But giving up was never really an option for you.
-
Together, we’ve reignited something in you that had been lost.
-
And now, what I promised you at the very beginning of our journey is becoming reality.

WELCOME TO THE PRO LEAGUE

Turning Pro is one thing.
Being competitive as a Pro is something completely different.
-
Because the moment you earn that status, everything resets.
-
You’re not the guy who keeps winning amateur shows anymore.
You’re the „beginner“ again.
Except now your beginners are champions.
-
People who are used to winning. People who didn’t accidentally end up on that stage.
-
The standard changes. The expectations change.
- And most importantly, your mentality has to change with it.
-
What happens when everyone next to you is capable of beating you?
-
That’s where you find out whether you simply earned a Pro card or whether you actually have the mindset and the quality to become a Pro.
-
At the ANBF we made two new Pros.
-
One of them walks into the Pro ranks and wins the fucking sword.
The other steps into a Pro lineup at only the second competition of his life and finishes 2nd.
-
Both belong to the league.
-
That sword in particular means more to me than most people will ever understand.
-
We worked towards a moment like this for years. Not just towards becoming a Pro but towards becoming good enough to win at that level.
-
Seeing all of that work finally turn into one of the biggest achievements you can earn in this sport was genuinely emotional for me as a coach.
-
Some trophies are results. Some represent years of work.
This one was the latter.
-
Pro shows aren’t a victory lap for becoming a Pro.
They’re the point where the real test begins.
You’re in the Champions League now.

ANBF - A DAY FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS

16 athletes of the team at one of the biggest natural bodybuilding shows in the world.
-
From a coaching perspective, days like this leave absolutely no room for mistakes.
-
Not with the peak. Not with timing. Not backstage. Not with the small decisions that can ultimately cost placings on a stage of this level.
-
From the first athlete in the morning until the final Pro classes at night, it was non-stop action.
-
🗡️ 1 Pro Class Win 🏆 2 Overalls 🎫 2 Pro Cards 🥇 3 Class Wins 🥈 3 Runner Up 🥉 1 3rd Place 🏅 10 Top 5 Placings
-
Two new Pros in one day.
-
And both of them immediately proving they belong at that level.
-
No team at this show walked away with more success than we did.
-
Something I’m incredibly proud of not only because of the results, but because days like this are always a team effort.
-
Athletes. Coach. Backstage support.
Everyone has to do their job.
-
And the team delivered. From morning until night.

ANBF MENS PHYSIQUE OVERALL

You know you’re good when you make Top 5 at ANBF.
You know you belong with the best when you win your class.
You win the Overall afterwards?
You’re definitely one of the best amateurs in your division.
-
And if, only a few hours later, you step into your first ever Pro lineup against seven established Pro´s and finish 2nd?
-
Then you know you’re a fucking good athlete.
-
That’s exactly what @admirmx proved this weekend.

🥈- ANBF Elite Pro Mens Physique
🏆- ANBF Mens Physique Overall
🥇- ANBF Mens Physique 1
💳- DFAC Pro Card

Second show of his life. Second class win. Second Overall win.
And this time, a more than deserved place in the Elite Pro line up.
-
Technically, the GBA Overall had already given us access to the Pro stage but after only one competition, we didn’t feel like we had truly earned that status yet.
Now we have.
-
The amateur class itself was probably the strongest Men’s Physique lineup I’ve seen at this level in a very long time. Plenty of athletes good enough to win shows and Admir still took the class, followed it up with the Overall, and earned his way into the evening Pro show.
-
Against experienced athletes on his second ever show day.
Let that sink in.
-
What makes me even happier is how much better the package already was compared to GBA. More conditioning, better peaking and a much clearer strategy throughout the day.
-
We intentionally brought a fuller look for the amateur round in the morning, knowing the goal was to qualify for the evening and bring our best look there.
Harder. Sharper. Better when it mattered most.
-
And I couldn’t be prouder.
-
The Pro status is no longer potential.
It’s earned.
-
Back to work.

WINNING IS BUILT

Three Overall titles for the team in one day.
Completely crazy.
-
But results like this don’t happen because someone suddenly decides to perform when the lights come on.
-
They are built through attitude.
-
Through showing up when nobody is watching. Through doing the boring work for long enough. Through accepting high standards long before there is a trophy attached to them.
-
Two of these Overall winners stepped on stage for the first time that day.
-
Marcel’s Overall was built over more than 4.5 years of working together.
-
Different stories.
Different timelines.
Same attitude.
-
And as a coach, that’s probably what makes me proudest.
-
Not simply standing next to three Overall winners but being trusted with the process of developing athletes into people capable of winning them.
-
Physiques change.
Experience changes.
Expectations change.
-
The standard doesn’t.

FIRST SHOW. FIRST WIN. PRO STATUS. 🏆

Still processing this one.

Meine erste Bodybuilding Show überhaupt – und ich habe nicht nur meine Klasse gewonnen, sondern am Ende auch den Overall geholt und mir damit offiziell meinen Pro Status gesichert!

15 Jahre Training, Monate an Prep, Hunger, Routinen, Zweifel, Struggles und unzählige Stunden Arbeit für genau diesen Moment.

Aber das hier war nicht das Ende der Journey.

Next stop: ANBF.
Then: EVO Classic.

Mehr Bühnen. Mehr Erfahrung. Mehr lernen. Weiter verbessern.

Ich bin dankbar für jeden, der diese Reise bisher mitverfolgt und unterstützt hat.
