A composer, luthier, and activist.
Three different people; but all interconnected through artistry, education, and wellness.
Immense gratitude after sharing the space with three brilliant individuals who lent me their time and wisdom to this project.

Continuing the “Doctor’s Orders” series with a two parter on how to stay inspired. Sometimes things feel slow in our momentum, and we have to remind ourselves that journey is never straightforward.

Comment some of your ways to stay inspired!

Have microphone, will travel. Currently on the move conducting interviews over the next few days! I have loved the in-person model of this podcast as it creates a beautifully authentic conversation with great energy.

Be sure to catch up on the first six interviews! Number 7 is in the works and it is going to be great!

Not sponsored… but @rodemic if you wanna help a guy out… 👀

“I am content with myself. I am much more than my presumed worth.”
One of the many lessons I have learned in my coming out journey. For me it has been a journey of loving myself, wanting to better myself, and knowing that my mission on this earth is bigger than me.

Happy Coming Out Day!

This week’s guest is one of many people I’ve had the honor to know my whole life since my time in Dallas, TX. Episode 6 will feature the incredible Kanza Jafri, whose artistry as a debate coach has taken her to places such as Harvard University and beyond!

I’ve been telling people, this podcast is the first project in a long time has felt been an extension of myself. I have been able to explore so many incredible ideas and converse with different people all without relying on my viola. I truly feel like I can be me in the most unapologetic way and share new perspectives with the world.
