#BTS in real estate isn’t always what it looks like…

This is us on a call with a client, trying to work through a deal that’s turned into a nightmare. The call’s muted, obviously but trust me, there’s a lot going on. 🫠

People see the commission. They don’t see the hours on the phone, the stress, the back and forth, the problem-solving, or the work it takes to keep things moving. Sometimes we’re the realtor, the negotiator, the therapist, the friend ; all while trying to protect the deal and take care of our client. 😮‍💨

We create listings. We market and advertise. We make content. We call, follow up, schedule, drive across Ontario, show properties, write offers, negotiate for hours & lose deals too. Sometimes after months of work, there’s no pay.

We stress. We pivot. We keep going. We don’t give up. 💯

And to the trades - photographers and videographers, lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc… who help make it all happen, thank you especially @ryanwilliamcraven @picturesofonehouse @missdjenkins @sercafinancialmortgagegroup 🙏

This job isn’t easy, and it doesn’t work out for everyone. We keep our heads down, focus, and make it happen again and again everyday.
