Flash back to building my installation, ‘A TOTEM REFLECTION’ in one of the most magical settings. Braving the storms and harsh conditions, this was one of my biggest challenges, hard work pays off. I was super happy with the final result. #lighting #installation #projectionmapping #modul8 #resolume taken in Barcelona, España by @adpopli

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the artist talk and panel discussion as part of BLEACH earlier this month!

A special thanks also to @ireneanguita_c, @adpopli and @j_eden for joining the conversation, alongside our own @jasperjones2 and @hincapiendo for organising the panel 🙏

It was such an interesting discussion exploring queer nightlife and the impact of London’s nightlife scene on each artist’s practice, particularly in relation to the works featured in BLEACH.

Announcing our BLEACH artist talk & panel discussion hosted by @hotsheet_expo founder @jasperjones2

Join @ireneanguita_c alongside special guest artists and organisers @adpopli and @j_eden as they discuss Irene’s work and dive into the realities of living and building community within London’s queer night-hood.

📅 Saturday, 12th Sept | 2pm

📍 @oppenheimstudios

⛓️ RSVP via link in bio (spaces are limited)

Meet the Guests:

Eden Topall-Rabanes (@j_eden) (they/he) is a non-binary, multi-racial artist working across illustration, print, and text to explore queerness, community, and resistance. Their practice centres on uplifting marginalised voices and using humour, beauty, and storytelling to challenge systems of power.

Adam Krishan Popli (@adpopli) is a multifaceted artist whose practice unfolds at the meeting point of identity, memory, nature, and consciousness. Working across visuals mediums painting, lighting, immersive installation, VJing and photography, Adam creates experiences that reach beyond observation, inviting audiences into spaces where emotion, intuition, and contemplation intertwine. Rooted in the lived reality of their mixed queer ethnicity, their work embraces the complexities of belonging, while exploring the unseen, mystical dimensions that exist alongside everyday life. Through this delicate balance Adam asks what it truly means to exist within a fragile, interconnected world.

Currently, along with being a Visual Artist, Adam branches their creative skills in other areas, including a resident in house Lighting Technician for @fabriclondonofficial and also for @thecauselondon, they also are working on a new documentary which is currently in the filming process and will be their first major short films, furthermore, they are also working as an Art Director in the film and music video business.

Big thank you to @hincapiendo from @queercircle for helping us bring this panel to life 💜

✨Yesterday, we marked the end of a six-month learning journey with the wonderful Hounslow Collective Imagination Huddle by organising Hounslow’s first festival of imagination✨

Having originally joined to learn some new tools and techniques, we’ve discovered so much through this group about the strength in diversity, the importance of creating psychological safety, the joyfulness of bringing your full (messy) self, the freedom of letting your assumptions be shattered, the breakthroughs that come from discomfort, the power of place, and the absolute necessity of imagining futures together.

So last night we invited the people of Hounslow to experience collective imagination first hand, and hopefully inspire them to exercise their imagination muscles in their jobs, neighbourhoods and daily lives.

We were so happy to welcome you an see you - If you were able to make it please fill in the feedback form and share this post 🌞🤍

✨We are so excited to welcome you tonight ✨

If you haven’t booked your ticket yet there is still time… but not much(check our Linkinbio)

We are excited to invite you to the Hounslow Festival of Imagination, a creative and welcoming gathering celebrating connection, storytelling and the power of our shared imagination in Hounslow.

Over the past six months, the Hounslow Collective Imagination Huddle has been exploring how imagination can help us rethink what’s possible for our borough. At this mini festival, we will be sharing some of the ideas, stories and inspirations that have emerged from this journey, alongside contributions from local residents who have been part of the process.

The evening will include food, music, interactive mini-workshops designed to spark creativity and collective thinking, and plenty of space to connect with neighbours, local organisations and fellow changemakers.

It promises to be a fun, energising and inspiring evening, and we would love for you to join us.

📅 Date: Thursday 26 March
⏰ Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
📍 Venue: Hounslow Arts Centre
