Each year on the day of my(our) Birthday, I feel a change happen. Like the newest season of a show has a different vibe or the winds are just changing direction. This year is no different, but it’s the first one without @ashmorgan27 here in Michigan. It’s been a hard year but there are so many people I’m grateful for that have made this one of the most important, fun, and insanely NEW years. So a drink in honor of you my friends and family reading, and another one for my kickass twin most of yall probably didn’t know existed! 🍻πŸ₯‚ Much love ❀️ by @adrest.io

𝘊𝘒𝘯 𝘐 π˜‰π˜¦ 𝘠𝘰𝘢𝘳 πŸ…΄π“‹π•–π“‡αƒ§ΖšΡ’ΰΉ€ΰΊ–π˜¨? - β€œMoving On?” STREAMING ON SPOTIFY NOW! (Link in bio) πŸ’‘ @ascensionlight.co @thebandithat πŸ“Έ @alexandrasteelefilm -β€”β€”β€”β€” This song is the most personal to me (although not my favorite of the album). I recorded the rain you hear in front of my house on a particularly hard day. I wrote the majority of this song right after, almost all in one go actually. Stayed up til 5am just making it, I had no goal, just feeling. I went through a lot this year, but the most difficult out if everythint was the idea of losing people. Because of that fear, I rekindled relationships that were lost, while other relationships ended. I heard the words β€œmoving on” and I froze. So I wrote this; the song that helped me push through. πŸŒƒ by @adrest.io

I must say this and butterfly put my skills to the test but its been great. For the album photoshoot we called this setup β€œcrackden” which I find amusing. That’s it, thats this post’s fun fact :p πŸ”₯ by @adrest.io

What da flip πŸ’™πŸ«Ά Here is another one! β€œFT, MR, atFL” is the most storytelling I’ve put into a song. And the most amount of work for an album art. (Link in bio) πŸ’‘ @ascensionlight.co @thebandithat πŸ“Έ @alexandrasteelefilm ------------- I released an Album! In September I started writing an album with two goals. That first goal was an exercise of music, to make an album where every song is a different genre. This is my first song I started being of Spanish Latin, Bossa Nova inspiration. Its changed drastically into probably my favorite song of the album. Shoutout to @_alejandrocid_ with help translating the intro πŸ”₯πŸ¦‹ by @adrest.io

Pardon my spooky Vocabulary but holy f#&ing s#$&! These people ROCK! Tuning into @thestrangefrequencies has been such a privilege and hilarious time with these people. I have never laughed harder in my entire life. A huge thank you to @keithkdg @saraerfletcher and @groovy_monsters_ for allowing me into this new β€œstrange” family. And another shoutout to the entire cast I got to learn and chat with: from their college years doing foley stoned, to their time operating a bar (hmm that sounds like fun to doπŸ€”). Thank you #StrangeFamily! See y’all soon! πŸ¦‡πŸ¦πŸ§›β€οΈ #michiganfilm #strangefrequencies #horror #comedy by @adrest.io

After a long process of budgeting, filming, editing, and composing, the White Box team is ready to show the world this personal, heartwarming, and cozy short film. πŸ”³πŸŒŒ Thank you to everyone who contributed financially, shared my silly posts on social media, or one of the many gracious crew members on set. This film means so much to me and I cannot be more thankful to so many talented people. From the production designers making the silly donor posters throughout the film, or the camera and lighting team executing my vision, or my editor spending hours organizing the timeline, or the extras who took time out of their day to be there, THANK YOU!! 🩢🀍🩢🀍🩢 (The White Box will be submitted to festivals and released for free soon after!)
