“The Offering”

Looking back, I realize this painting marked the end of a chapter.

For years, much of my work explored the journey of a single woman: her healing, her remembering, her transformation, her return to her own power.

This piece feels like the moment of acceptance. The moment of no longer searching outside herself, but becoming the offering.
Becoming the vessel. Becoming the light she had been seeking.

Only now can I see why this painting feels so significant to me.

After her, something began to shift.

The paintings started opening beyond the individual and into the collective. More women began appearing. More Spirit animals emerged. A different taste of Ancestral wisdom, community, and interconnectedness started weaving themselves into the work.

“The Offering” feels like the bridge between those worlds.

A final bow to the solitary path.

And the beginning of remembering that we were never meant to walk alone

Six weeks of painting, learning and creative exploration.

Sacred Vision Art Residency is already underway, bringing together a small group of artists for an immersive journey with @luistamani.visionart
and @all.maxim

From portraiture and colour to nature, symbolism and visionary elements, each participant is developing a personal body of work through guided instruction, individual practice and feedback.

And this is only part of the journey.

We still have until October 24th to see where these paintings go.

Im still putting into words, what this painting is awakening in me.
Its a symbiotic relationship. As I paint this portal, this portal is re-shaping me …

Here for the first time Im focusing on painting frequency, and its 🤯 mind blowing , heart blowing ☄️❤️‍🔥

Also the lesson Im learning is to BE in CELEBRATION
Everything already is, already happened!

This season has asked me to let go of old identities, old ways of working, and even old ideas of what my art was supposed to become.

What remains is much quieter.

Less about expression.
More about remembrance.

Every painting now feels like a conversation with something that already exists, waiting patiently to be seen.

I’m learning to trust that more than my own plans. taken in Costa Rica by @adrianajaguar
