In my era of New Age Occult, I felt the weight of societal expectations pushing women to idolise themselves.

The Goddess Culture propagates a sense of self-importance, nurturing a culture of narcissism where even my own personal focus turned excessively inward, fixating obsessively on my physical allure and lustful, fleeting desires.

This pervasive mindset led me deep into, over-s3-xxualization, where both myself and societal norms dictated that my worth was intrinsically tied to my physical appearance and “dark feminine” persona, ultimately leaving me feeling empty and deprived 💔

Despite the illusion of empowerment, I found myself increasingly disconnected from my spiritual roots, seeking validation and fulfillment through temporary means, and seeking long term healing through false remedies. Looking back, I struggle to recognize the person I once was, a realization that fills me with both sorrow for the deception I fell into, and gratitude for the grace that ultimately saved me.

The allure of Goddess worship, whether directed inward or toward false deities, entraps women in a whirlpool of deceit, despair, and spiritual confusion.

While initially appealing, particularly to those who feel marginalized or oppressed, including feminists, survivors of abuse or trauma, and those who reject traditional patriarchal norms, the pursuit of empowerment through Goddess worship ultimately proves to be a dead-end, failing to provide the true fulfillment and liberation that can only be found in Christ Jesus.

Before Christ this book was my bible.

Out of all new age books I’ve read, looking back, I can say with 100% confidence that this book is the most deceiving book on the market!

Almost everyday for 5 long, painful years I prayed consistently for a strong masculine man.

At this time in my life I didn’t know God. God was nothing but an idea to me; Source, Universe, Mother Earth, Consciousness, self ect.

It wasn’t until about a week or two just before I was saved that The Good Lord finally sent me the man I was praying for all these years.

He heard my cries, saw my tears but waited patiently for me all these years until I finally came to know Him, before gifting me with the man I deeply longed for.

He knew that I had to follow Him first, for the man he had in store for me was a Godly one.. Something I didn’t look for in a man but something God knew I 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥.

And out of the clear blue sky, The Lord gifted unto me His best servant.

A man who humbly lead me out of darkness and into The Lord’s light.

A man who is quick to forgive, has patience beyond measure, and holds an incredible capacity to love people unconditionally from all walks of life.

A man who is a true Christian and doesn’t just wear it as a label, but who is a living and breathing example of being the closest thing I’ve known to Christ-like in nature.

I know within my heart of hearts that The Lord put my husband in my life at the perfect moment.

𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞.

The way my life unraveled from the time I was questioning New Age, to meeting my man, and to fully coming to Christ was 𝐍𝐎𝐓 a coincidence.

𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧.

When you follow The Lord and love Him with all your heart, body, mind and soul, He will bless you with you all of your hearts desires that are aligned to His Will.

He will reveal to you the plans He has for you if you put all your trust in Him, and devote yourself to serving and glorifying Him forever.

“A wife of noble character who can find. She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.

She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. She selects wool and flax
and works with eager hands.

She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar. She gets up while it is still night; she provides food for her family and portions for her female servants.

She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.

She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night.

“A couple of nights later before I went to bed, I prayed directly to Jesus and asked him to please close this psychic channel. To please get rid of all these demons and that I was done with this life. That I never want to have anything to do with it again and that I will follow him. The next morning I woke up with an empty mind. It felt as though Jesus put His hands inside my head and took the demons out.

God’s number one and only will for me outnumbered the devil’s millions of opportunities. My Lord Jesus Christ snatched me out of darkness in the midst of a demonic occult, just moments before a satanic ritual and saved me. This testimony was beyond what I imagined it could be. Before writing it I prayed to God and asked him to help me write what he wanted me to say, and exactly how to say it. And he delivered, as always. All glory to God 🕊️

“What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish” - 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟏𝟖:𝟏𝟐–𝟏𝟒

The Father sent Jesus on a rescue mission “to seek and to save the lost” (𝐋𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝟏𝟗:𝟏𝟎). . God does not abandon the 99. They are already safely in His kingdom, attended by His angels, and guided by His Holy Spirit (𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟖:𝟏𝟒; 𝐇𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝟏𝟑:𝟓). But His heart aches for those not yet in the fold.

The Good Shepherd pursues the lost sheep, woos them, calls to them, and allows circumstances into their lives designed to make them look up. It is often in the bleakest of circumstances that we finally surrender our demands to have our own way. We finally submit to our Shepherd, who carries us back to the fold (𝐋𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝟏𝟓:𝟓). In John 10, Jesus again refers to Himself as the Good Shepherd, saying, “I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd” (𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝟏𝟔 & 𝟏𝟕). In 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝟕–𝟐𝟗 He says, “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.”

The 99 are still important to Him, but He knows the flock is not complete without the lost sheep. And a good shepherd always goes after the lost sheep. by @adrianasjones
