Happy 1 year of magic to one of my favorite places in the world!!! 🖤✨🥹

A year ago, I walked through these doors feeling lost, burnt out, and completely disconnected from the version of myself I used to know. I had lost my love for fitness and wasn’t sure I’d ever find it again.

What I found was so much more than a gym.

I found a place that gave me a piece of myself back.
The Club reminded me who I am, what I’m capable of, and that I can do hard things.

That’s what The Club is. It’s a community. A safe space where you’re celebrated on your best days and supported through your hardest ones. It’s where lifelong friendships are built, tears are met with hugs instead of judgment, and every person is reminded that they belong exactly as they are.

It’s a place that sees the person you can become, even when you can’t see it yet. It pushes you beyond your limits, celebrates every win, and picks you up on the days you’ve forgotten just how capable you are. It doesn’t just make you stronger physically—it reminds you how strong you’ve always been.

Thank you to everyone who’s believed in me, challenged me, laughed with me, cried with me, and shown up for me through every season.

You’ve changed my life more than you’ll ever know.
I’m forever be grateful to call @theclub.nc my home away from home.
