It’s here!!! Louder Than You Think on Blu-ray!!! Pre-order over at Factory 25!!! Link in Bio.
The packaging is gorgeous, and there are fun extras like commentary by director Jed I. Rosenberg (@broodbabyjed) and a cool little interview/mini-doc, with your’s truly, discussing how we made the puppet segments!!! I love physical media and I’m very proud to add this to our collection!

I think I tagged or named everyone who worked on the puppet segments!!! Y’all are amazing! 🙏🩷🎬

I haven’t posted anything in a month because I’ve been so dang busy. But, while sitting in the theater, waiting to see Digger, I was inspired by the sign on this door… by @adrianroseleonard

Yesterday, I finally mounted a (quick and temporary) sign on my studio door. It’s the 15 year anniversary of my move to Los Angeles, and I must say that things are pretty good right now. I’m grateful to be juggling too many things at the moment.😅
This roller coaster of an industry has tried to shake me a few times, but I’ve made tough decisions to plant my feet even more securely, tighten the belt and power through as best I can. Financially, I’ve only moved laterally, but spiritually and mentally I’ve managed to maintain…and even grow. I find new and interesting ways to challenge myself and learn new things, even when it feels foolish to do so…but, somehow things always work out. A lot of it has to do with having so many amazing friends and family who give me the mental and emotional support I need when times get choppy…and I must say I’m getting better at being that sort of friend to myself.
I’ll be 50 in January, and I kind of feel like I’m hitting some sort of stride. I’m making myself, and my creative instincts, more of a priority these days, and that feels really good.
Looking forward to the next chapter!

15 years ago, today, Travis and I officially moved in together. I left Nashville (after having lived there for 15 years), and made LA my home. It’s been an amazing and wonderful journey so far. Can’t imagine not being here, in this crazy town, with my best friend by my side…playing the game of life.💜Love you, Babe!💜

I’d also like to wish Los Angeles a happy birthday! El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles del Río de Porciúncula (Spanish for “the Town of Our Lady, the Queen of the Angels [es], of the Porciúncula River”), shortened to the Pueblo de los Ángeles (“town of the angels”), was the Spanish civilian pueblo settled on September 4th, 1781 which became the modern American metropolis of Los Angeles. -Wikipedia by @adrianroseleonard

My first puppetry mentor (and dear friend), Brian Hull, was interviewed about his work with Dolly and the Imagination Playhouse at Dollywood. So many incredible years of work, and I even got to build a few puppets for them back in the day.🥹
This man is a legend in his own right. A man of many talents who gets things done and maintains a positive attitude throughout! Love ya, Brian!❤️ Sending you healing thoughts of love and peace during this difficult time.❤️‍🩹

Awesome screening at @drafthousela!!!
Damn. I didn’t realize how much I missed Tom, Neil, Simon and the gang, from our days filming the puppets for @bhstheholetruthmovie. It was great seeing the film again, but it was really lovely catching up with my BHS family. Not to mention visiting with pals Michael and Brian!!! Thanks for all the magic tricks, Michael! Love y’all! I really need to socialize more.🤣

Thanks to everyone who donated and voted!!! You all helped us wrap up this competition in third place (in our group) and that’s pretty darn great! The best part is, that a bunch of money was raised for very good causes! Thanks for putting up with all our posts, and maybe we’ll try again next year…who knows.😉❤️ by @adrianroseleonard

I was so excited, and honored, to recreate Squiggy’s (David L. Lander) Squig-a-phone for @earthtosquiggy’s trip to @edfringe!!!
Original on the left, new one on the right.
Only thing I didn’t get around to was aging the drum head, but it does break down for travel…so that’s cool!
Thanks, again, Natalie for asking me to recreate this (now) two-of-a-kind instrument!😉❤️

Don’t ask me why a drum is called a “phone” in this case. I don’t have answers.🤣🤣🤣 by @adrianroseleonard
