The secret is out… ❤️🏡

What started as a passion for helping people buy, sell, invest, and build wealth through real estate has grown into something even bigger.

Today, we’re excited to officially introduce the Hausman Home Group!

We’re not just bringing together real estate professionals. We’re bringing together a team built on relationships, trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to serving our community at the highest level.

“Real estate has never been about houses for us. It’s always been about people, relationships, and helping families write their next chapter.”

To our clients, friends, family, referral partners, and community—thank you for trusting us along the way. Your support is the reason this team exists.

Every transaction tells a story, and we’re honored to be part of so many of yours. We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving Montgomery County and the surrounding communities together.

Welcome to Hausman Home Group. We can’t wait to show you what we’re building. ❤️

I’ve lived in Montgomery County my whole life, and this community has shaped who I am. How I work, how I serve, and how I show up for my clients.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene in The Woodlands. Same heart, same care, now supported by a brand that values community, relationships, and strong local knowledge.

Helping people establish roots here is more than a career for me. iI’s personal. I love this state, I love supporting local businesses, and I’m grateful for the clients and friends who trust me along the way.

A few takeaways from hearing directly from our local school district leaders today! 🎓

📚 Montgomery ISD | Dr. Mark Ruffin, Superintendent
Serving more than 9,000 students and continuing to grow, with 300+ additional students just this year.

📚 Conroe ISD | Dr. David Vinson, Superintendent
Just over a year into leading Conroe ISD, Dr. Vinson shared about the district’s continued growth and the need for new campuses. One new campus will help address the district’s current use of approximately 240 portable classrooms.

📚 Tomball ISD | Dr. Martha Salazar-Zamora, Superintendent
Nearly 40 years in public education and leading one of the fastest-growing, high-performing districts in our area. In approximately 10 years, Tomball ISD has grown from around 10,000 to more than 23,000 students! Her message that stood out was her belief that every child deserves a place to belong and a passion to grow, a passion to succeed, and a passion to learn.

📚 Magnolia ISD | Denise Meyers, Assistant Superintendent of Communications
With Magnolia ISD since 2014 and watching the growth firsthand. The district added approximately 560 students since the first day of school, with 62 neighborhoods currently building homes. Voters also approved the district’s largest-ever bond this May, paving the way for a third high school and two additional elementary schools.

📚 Willis ISD | Dr. Kimberley James, Superintendent
A Houston-area native with more than three decades in public education and a family legacy in education. Willis ISD currently has 13 campuses with more growth ahead.

So much growth happening across Montgomery County and our surrounding communities! As a REALTOR®, understanding what’s happening within our local school districts is such an important part of understanding the communities we serve. taken in Doesy Doe by @adrianslimp

I love having a home cooked dinner for my family, but as a working mom, I can’t do it all!
Tonight, my husband cooked the chicken before taking our son to gymnastics. I got home, shredded it, and finished our King Ranch Chicken Casserole. We got it done together.

My son walked in, sniffed, and said, “That smells good. What is it?”

Coming from my picky little eater, that made my mama heart happy. He hadn’t taken a bite yet, but I was already counting it as a win!

Tonight’s HOME FOR DINNER. Sharing the recipe for the nights your house looks a little like ours. ❤️ Adrian taken in Montgomery County by @adrianslimp

🚧 Ah, yes … the official flower of Montgomery County: the orange construction cone. 🚧

If you’ve lived here for any length of time, you’ve probably spent years weaving your way through construction zones. As some projects finally come to an end, we’re all celebrating the disappearance of a few orange cones … even though we know plenty more are on the way.

The truth is, all of this construction is happening for a reason.

📍Montgomery County has grown from approximately 620,000 residents in 2020 to more than 781,000 residents today.

📍That’s roughly 160,000 additional residents in just five years.

📍Experts estimate that Montgomery County could add another 576,000 residents by 2050.

📍The greater Houston region is expected to add approximately 3 million residents and 1.5 million jobs during that same period.

Every new neighborhood, business, school, and development places additional demands on our roads and infrastructure.

So while we may joke about the endless construction, the reality is that Montgomery County is growing at an incredible pace, and our roads are trying to keep up.

I, for one, hope all of those orange cones eventually translate into shorter commute times. Until then, I’ll see you in the construction zone … or at the tire shop, because I can’t be the only one who’s picked up a nail or two along the way. 😆🚧

This summer, Hausman Home Group had the honor of representing our clients and community at the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C. with Women’s Council of REALTORS® Montgomery County. During our time there, we also earned the Performance Management Network, or PMN, designation, a leadership designation focused on growth, business excellence, and industry leadership.

While in D.C., we met with Congressman Morgan Luttrell’s team to discuss the issues directly affecting our local housing market, including HOAs, capital gains taxes, rising interest rates, home prices, and affordability. We were also encouraged by the progress of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, an important step toward addressing housing supply and affordability.

With first-time homebuyers now entering the market at a median age of 40, compared with 25 just five years ago, these conversations matter. Advocacy is one more way we continue to serve our clients, protect homeownership, and stay informed on the issues shaping real estate right here at home. taken in Washington, DC by @adrianslimp
