I still use Strava.
But when you’re building your own running app, you start noticing the little things you wish worked differently.

This was one of mine.
I wanted my shoe rotation to match how I actually train, so I built that into RunSignals.

It’s in the latest beta.

The tight calves usually happens on that one pair and not others.
Even with a proper warmup.

Tendon still healing and gettin better. But gotta keep being smart with it too.

Gonna need to go to @fleetfeetmiami to get my foot measured and get me the right shoe!! by @adriel_solo

Got me re-thinking. I just seem to really favor the Evo SL and even more so as my right foot been recovering.
But I haven’t yet gone to get measured which would answer alot of my questions lol 😆

Race day tomorrow.
Package secured. by @adriel_solo

I run in kilometers, but most of my friends use miles.

Got tired of doing the conversions in my head, so I built RunConvert 😂

A simple running calculator for pace, distance, time, and workouts.

It’s free on the App Store.
Link in my bio.

I added shoe tracking to RunSignals and ngl I hadn’t actually tested it on my own run yet lol. 😂

So today’s easy run became the test.

My Vomero Plus were already set as the default, and after the run the shoe assignment and mileage updated automatically 👟
