My top 10 worst bails (caught on camera) to counter-celebrate my ten years of parkour.

N° 10 - Just painful.
N° 9 - Almost obliterated my knee.
N° 8 - I laugh in the video but my hip was insanely painful for over a week.
N° 7 - Saved it well at least.
N° 6 - At least both ankles were now equally fucked up.
N° 5 - Got scared of dive-kongs for quite a while afterwards.
N° 4 - No injuries, but it impacted my mental game heavily.
N° 3 - Still to this day the worst injury I’ve gotten from a bail.
N° 2 - I felt so fucking stupid as I was smashing into the wall.
N° 1 - At least, because of the the adrenaline, the shock of seeing my bone, and the local anaesthetics, in the end “it’s just a flesh wound” and wasn’t all that painful. by @adrien__laurent

Ten years ago, in September 2016, I went to my first ever parkour class at @xtremeteamparkour . I remember it very well. After learning the basic vaults, @xeozer1 taught us how to front-flip on trampoline, and from that moment on, I was hooked. I told my mum - who had found the parkour club online 🫶 - that I loved it and wanted to come back twice a week. I had never done a sport that felt so right for me and which brought me such a pure feeling of joy. I felt the same amusement as all the times I would go out with my friends and my sister to play tag around the playground.
Ten years on, all I can say is that parkour is still one of the few things in my life that provides me with the childish glee and wonder we all tend to loose with age. Looking forward to ten more year… by @adrien__laurent

After a disastrous first run, I managed to get first place in the Open Parkour at the Brussels Urban Sessions 2026. My knee was insanely painful due to a sprain so I am so glad the final got cancelled due to the shit weather.
Congratulations to @_adam_clt_ for 🥈and @sacha_corbisier for 🥉!

No Swings… but Other Things!
My knee was feeling a bit weak at the start of the event, so I was planning on only doing small techy bits. Naturally, I got carried away by the vibe and did big jumps 🤷‍♂️

Managed to get 3rd place in both speed and skills at the @aerocrew_association jam. The ranking system was a bit weird for the skill comp so I kinda have massive impostor syndrome for finishing on the podium but can’t complain as it worked out in my favour. Other than that the jam was really fun and I am looking forward for next year!
