We got the rest of our wedding photos back today 🥰🥹😍💕🫶 so I haven’t been able to focus on much else that’s for sure 🥰 by @adrienne_lydon

Everything is more expensive right now. And it’s the time of year that we are extra aware as we are Christmas shopping and getting ready to buy food for Thanksgiving.

Gas. Groceries. Household products. Kids’ stuff. Literally just LIFE. And when the cost of everything around us keeps going up.. I’m paying a whole lot more attention to where our money is going.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I will continue sharing the Wellness Store.

Because this isn’t about adding another expense to our household. It’s helping save in our budget. On things we HAVE to buy anyway.

Laundry detergent. Cleaning products. Shampoo. Toothpaste. Vitamins. Skincare. Makeup. Snacks. Kids’ essentials. The everyday stuff we constantly run out of and turn around and buy again.

The difference? I can sit on my couch, place one order, and have it show up at my front door.

I’m not making another trip to the store.
I’m not wasting gas.
I’m not walking into Target for three things and somehow walking out with seventeen. 😂
I’m not spending money on things I never intended to buy.

And THAT is what shopping smarter looks like to me.

Sometimes people hear “online wellness store” and immediately think, “Oh, that’s just something extra to spend money on” or “I don’t have room on my plate for an extra commitment” or “I just don’t like change”

Nope. I’m taking money we were ALREADY spending and being more intentional about where I spend it.

If I can replace products we already buy with products I genuinely love, have them delivered to my doorstep, make fewer unnecessary store runs, AND be more intentional with our household budget… why wouldn’t I?

Because everything may be getting more expensive, but that doesn’t mean I have to keep shopping the exact same way I always have.

I can’t control what everything costs.

But I CAN control how I shop 🤗 by @adrienne_lydon

If you’re an overthinker like me, it’s so easy to spiral out over what could go wrong and the worst case scenario…
But a challenge that I’ve made to myself is if I find myself in that place to stop…
Take the thought captive…
And change the narrative.

What is the best that could happen? by @adrienne_lydon

Okay, if you’ve never heard of Sol-U-Mel, this little bottle has SO many uses 👏

It gets Sharpie off countertops, removes sticky residue from stickers, cleans up slime messes, I mop my floors with it... seriously, the list goes on and on.

BUT this month they came out with a limited-edition Spiced Apple scent and when I tell you it smells like FALL 🍎🍂

I recently saw someone using it in their diffuser, and I was that is brilliant because I love when my house smells good, but I’m not a fan on burning candles all day since | learned how bad they are for us 🙃

I just had to share because I know so many of us are trying to be more intentional about the products we bring into our homes without spending an arm and a leg and I also love finding things that have more than one purpose!! by @adrienne_lydon

Happy fall y’all! We had the best time at @breedensorchard with some of our new friends this morning! 🧡🍂🍁 by @adrienne_lydon

You can’t break generational curses while still seeking approval from the generation that created them.
You can love your family and still set boundaries. You can honor where you came from without repeating what hurt you. And you can choose peace, even when your healing makes other people uncomfortable.

Breaking generational curses means being willing to disappoint people who benefited from your lack of boundaries. You weren’t born to keep everyone comfortable at the expense of your own healing. 🤍

Be the cycle breaker, even if they never understand why. 🦋

Fun fact: I meal prep breakfast for Matthew every week so he can grab it and go before work. His favorite is my breakfast burritos! 🤗 by @adrienne_lydon

Comfort sure feels good until one day you look up..

I remember the moment the Lord first convicted me of this about 6 years ago. That feeling of, am I really ready to settle for what’s comfortable? For what just “makes sense”?

No. No I wasn’t. And I’m still not.

The Lord’s plan rarely makes sense by worldly standards. by @adrienne_lydon
