Thinking about quitting your job? Read this first 👀

Before you send that “I quit” text, ask yourself:
- When was the last time you felt grateful for your job?
- Do you actually have enough savings to walk away?
- If you don’t land your next role in 3 months… then what?

The adrenaline of quitting feels like freedom…!But it’s temporary and once it wears off you’ll realize it wasn’t freedom

Real freedom doesn’t come from quitting.
It comes from having a plan.

🙅🏻‍♀️ No savings = panic mode
🙅🏻‍♀️ No plan = bad decisions
🙅🏻‍♀️ No leverage = less money, less freedom

Believing in yourself doesn’t mean blowing up your life 🙃
It means moving smart, not emotional.

✨ Build the exit. Secure the bag. Then leave calmly.

👉 Quitting soon but don’t have a real plan yet?
DM me “EXIT” and let’s map your next move. by @adrir0cha

Which story would you pick? The one where fear runs the show, or the one where growth does?

Here’s my story:
I’ve been fired.
I’ve been underpaid.
I’ve been overlooked and rejected.
I’ve worked jobs I’ve hated

But this is also my story:
For every time I was fired, I was also hired again.
For every time I was underpaid, I eventually got properly compensated.
For every time I was overlooked, a better door opened…. And the doors have never closed since 🙏🏼🤍

It’s the story you choose that shapes your career.

And TRUST ME, I TAKE MY JOB SERIOUSLY.

Having a career coach can make or break your path. You don’t have to do this alone if you don’t want to.
I’m here to help you shift out of fear, choose the right story, and step into the career you know is waiting for you

Engaging with a rejection email is usually a heart response.

Use your brain instead, and plant seeds for next time.

Wanting to know why they rejected you is human psychology. You need to leave your emotions out of the reply anyway. This is why your job search needs sales skills, and how my clients became skilled, confident interviewers.

Here’s a response you can use:

“Hi [Name], I appreciate your response.
It was great getting to learn more about the role. I really enjoyed learning how [Company] works with [your industry or the job title you interviewed for].

I really enjoyed my conversation with [interviewer’s name] and talking about [your biggest strength or a big project you led] and how it would translate into this role.

Again, I’m very grateful I got the opportunity to get to know you and [Company] a bit better. I would love to stay connected in the future.”

Save this for the next rejection in your inbox.

Now some news I’m sharing here for the first time: I’m opening 20 free strategy calls for November.

We’ll find the gap in your resume and map your next 60 days, so 2027 is the year you land the better job.

Comment 2027 and I’ll send you the link to book your call

Once all 20 spots fill, the calendar closes

Excited to help you grow!

August 23, 2016 I packed 2 bags under 23kg and moved to Canada. Ten years later here I am🤍

This past decade I have lived in 3 different countries, 4 cities, went through an immigration process, had more than 10 different mailings addresses, 8 jobs, 2 businesses, 3 tattoos, 2 Jonas Brothers concerts, 1 world cup, 100 breakdowns, and a 101 breakthroughs.

Beyond thankful for everything this country has given me. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

You’ve been afraid of the job market but these people are your competition 🤷🏻‍♀️

This morning I woke to the sound of cheers for people running the BMO marathon and for me this was a reflection of Vancouver people being Vancouver people. At the core we all just want to see each other win 🥇

I was facing km 31 and to think that these people only had 10k more to go felt like I watching Rockie. I’m more than positive that everyone I saw finished with pride. It was almost the last stretch and I was so excited for them🥹

Discipline pays off. This was so inspirational, it made my whole weekend 🙌🏼🙌🏼 proud of these strangers🤍🤍🤍 by @adrir0cha

I turned 30 last week and I didn’t want to celebrate... It ended up being the most special birthday I’ve had in my life🤍 My parents surprised me with mariachis and I thought it was Alexa at first lol. If you know me, you probably know how much I love Mariachis, and hearing them as an immigrant hits hard.

I don’t generally like surprises but this one brought me to tears for how perfectly orchestrated it was. How lucky am I to have a mom that coordinates a group chat with ALL OF MY FRIENDS, making sure everyone arrived on time, my friends asking the type of cake I’d like and they ended up bringing carrot cake (which was the type of cake I used to ask my grandma for my birthdays), another friend hosting me and my friends and family at her place, someone making sure my parents are on FaceTime so they can see my reaction?? It seems unreal, I’m so so so lucky, so loved, so blessed and so grateful. I have a hard time receiving love, and starting my 30s being reminded of how much love I am surrounded by, lifted my spirit🤍 beyond thankful, I’ll never forget this day. Thanks to everyone who made this day possible for me🫶🏻

Muchas muchas gracias✨✨✨ @_nattt_10 @byargelia_ @karen_gaxiola @katanail @nicoletha.sol @estefyincanada @manuelavilaphoto

Little me always dreamed of grabbing a mic🎤

If you’d told me back in January that I’d be here, sharing my story and helping others build careers they love, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Thank you to @blackpress_events for the opportunity and for reminding me that courage changes everything.
Here’s to every version of us who dared to believe it was possible. ❤️‍🔥

Who said taking control over your thoughts, let alone your body, was ever going to be easy? All physical challenges are mental ones as well.

@icemind.gt Gracias por una experiencia tan retadora, sí se pudo💃🏻 ✨ by @adrir0cha

It took me 10 days to make this bread. So yes I’m posing with it.
