Just a little life update cause WTF IS THIS YEAR?

• Finally left a toxic relationship.
• A year ago, I was cheering on my bestie @deidreolsen at her first Berlin-Marathon. Little did I know...🌪️
• Watched my bbgirl @gabyvillaran cross the finish line of her first Valencia-Marathon in December. Cried my eyes out. 🥹
• The official @berlinmarathon posted me cheering? Pinch me 😮‍💨
• Took myself on a solo trip to Thailand 🇹🇭🌺🤿🪼 and fell completely back in love with myself. ❤️‍🩹💖
• Moved into my little apartment and turned it into my childhood dream. 🙊 Little me would be losing her mind.
• Started training like my teenage self again. Became a hot pilates-mami, got back into lifting, even practiced muai thai and somehow RUNNING ENTERED THE CHAT??? 🫪
• My ultimate crush @mthiesie became my personal trainer AND my biggest cheerleader. 🙂‍↔️💅🏼
• Healthier, happier, more fulfilled and more in love with life than I've ever been. 💘💘💘💘
• BECAME A GERMAN CITIZEN. 🌶️🇸🇻🇩🇪
• Ran my first 10K after just a month on my 10th session??? WE'RE ATHLETES, WHAT DO YOU MEAN 👀
• Now counting down the days until the biggest side quest of the year: China, Vietnam & Laos. One month. Two fools in love. Several questionable decisions incoming…

Anyway.

A year ago, I had absolutely no idea what was coming. Turns out, the plot gets REALLY f*cking amazing when you choose yourself.

The funniest part? I'm just getting started. 🔥🔥🔥

This year, old versions of me faded away. I lost myself, only to find myself held by the most loving people. They gave me help, presence, and space for every feeling — every tear, every inner fight and every dance. They walked beside me as I rebuilt myself and continue becoming.
