POSTS STORIES REELS
For years, I thought I was collecting stories. The blackouts. The after-parties. The drugs. The chaos. The “you had to be there” nights. I thought that was what it meant to really live. Looking back, I wasn’t collecting memories. I was collecting evidence that I was deeply disconnected from myself. There are parts of this story I’ve never shared publicly before. Not because I’m ashamed of them anymore, but because I needed enough distance to understand what they were actually trying to teach me. This isn’t a post about being anti-alcohol. It’s a post about what can happen when you finally stop running from yourself. If you’ve ever wondered whether alcohol is taking more from your life than it’s giving... I hope this story gives you permission to ask that question. Comment THINK and I’ll send you the free guide that helped me begin rebuilding my life. And if something in this story resonated with you, I’d genuinely love to hear what part. #SoberCurious #AlcoholFree #soberjourney #HealingJourney #PersonalGrowth by @adsteff
Turns out the secret to becoming the most unhinged version of yourself isn’t tequila. It’s getting enough sleep, healing your trauma, drinking water, and having enough energy to say yes to every random adventure that comes your way. Festivals. Flights. Yoga. Hikes. Dance floors. Side quests. Didn’t see that plot twist coming. Anyone else discover that sobriety gave them more freedom instead of less? #sober #SoberCurious #AlcoholFreeLife #SobrietyJourney #soberliving by @adsteff
Amanda spent years building her life around partying and having fun. From the outside, things looked great. She had friends, a successful career, and a busy social life. But underneath it all, she knew something needed to change. After taking 30 days away from drinking, Amanda suffered a seizure while driving. Her car crashed into a light pole and she ended up in the ICU. It became a moment that forced her to look at her life and what actually mattered to her. She began walking away from the life she had built and slowly started creating something completely different. Today, Amanda is one year sober and says she is happier than she ever thought possible. ❤️ Comment “305” to watch Amanda’s story today. by @adsteff
somewhere along the way this stopped being about not drinking and started being about how fcking fun it is to just be alive #sobriety #soberlife #alcoholfree #sobercurious #sobernotboring by @adsteff
The girl who I was drinking could’ve never kept up with the woman who I became sober. And I mean that with love. She did her best. But damn, do we have places to go. #SoberLife #AlcoholFree #SoberCurious #SobrietyJourney #WomenWhoDontDrink by @adsteff

In this episode of the Sober Motivation Podcast, Amanda shares the reality behind the party lifestyle, losing her father, relationships, identity, loneliness, learning to sit with herself, and why getting sober became the first domino in changing her life. by @adsteff
1 year ago I hit day 1 of drinking less. Today I’m lighter, more present, and actually here for my own life. 🤍 Initially this was never about swearing off alcohol forever, and it definitely was not about staying home. I still go to concerts. I still dance all night with friends. I just do it differently now. 30 days of curiosity turned into a full year of feeling like myself again, and @reframe_app is the tool that made the shift sustainable, built on neuroscience and about 5 minutes a day. 91% of Reframe users cut back on drinking within 3 months. Take their 2-minute quiz to see your drinking type. 🤍 by @adsteff
I’ve lived enough lives to know I don’t want the one I was “supposed” to have. I’m 37 and rebuilding in literally every way imaginable. And weirdly… I’ve never respected or loved myself more Maybe I’m late. Maybe I took the scenic route. Either way, the view is getting pretty fcking good. #SoberLife #AlcoholFree #StartingOver #SoberCurious #Sobriety Inspo: @startover.frank by @adsteff
A year ago I stopped drinking for 30 days just to see what would happen. Turns out, I liked myself better without it. So I kept it going. Somewhere along the way, sobriety stopped being something I was doing and became something I genuinely wanted. I finally realized drinking wasn’t adding anything to the life and identity I wanted to build for myself And that realization changed everything. I’m still loud, social, the first one on the dance floor and making questionable decisions with an alarming amount of confidence. I just don’t need alcohol to be any version of myself anymore. One fcking year. Kinda chic, if you ask me :) by @adsteff
Eight months sober. I really thought I was the life of the party… turns out I was just over-served and underperforming. Quitting alcohol was a cheat code. Better sleep. Better skin. Clear mind. And it quietly took out the trash too… the people, the jobs, the lifestyle I was settling for like it was as good as it was gonna get I didn’t lose anything worth keeping. Still the same girl. Just no longer accepting bottom-shelf energy. Like what do you mean I wake up refreshed with clear skin, a hot body, real energy, actual confidence, and goals that finally feel close enough to chase? Nothing about my life needs recovering from anymore and baby the grass over here is green as FCK #sober #soberlife #maincharacterenergy #levelup #foryoupage by @adsteff
Forever putting questionable things into my body. Don’t worry though it’s organic. #sober #sobercurious #sobriety #soberhumor #wellnessjourney by @adsteff
