2026 City & State’s “Tomorrow’s Leaders”

13-hour drives from Plattsburgh, NY to Norfolk, VA for NABA Eastern Region Conferences.

2019 was the year I got the short end of the stick with one consulting firm, but still found a way to earn an opportunity with a bigger competitor through preparation, persistence, and patience.

7 years later, now serving as a Tech Lead supporting New York City Tech/AI transformation initiatives.

13hrs | 2019 | 7 Years: My journey often tied to resilience, abundance, and transformation has been shaped by moments that tested and refined me.

Long story short, it comes down to the 3Ps: Purpose (gives direction). Process (builds discipline). People (carry the vision forward).

Maybe I should finally create that journal… 🙇🏾‍♂️🌍

The type of man you only hear from when plans are already made. Trust the process. Build quietly. Evolve intentionally. 🌱✨

Third time is the charm with this one😅

Right before growth, doubt often shows up🚨

Not because you’re unready, but because you’re leveling up. This past season pushed me beyond what felt comfortable, asking me to think bigger, trust my instincts, and lead in new ways, even when I didn’t have every answer. I learned that growth isn’t about knowing everything; it’s about showing up consistently and bringing others with you🌱✨

As I head into the new year, I’m carrying this reminder: when doubt appears, don’t back away. Lean into your roots, trust the work you’ve been doing, and recognize that uncertainty is often a sign you’re stepping into something bigger. Love & Peace🖤🤞🏾

Respect to @vghnofficial — your energy is inspiring⚡️

I used to write about the leader I hoped to become… Some moments change you quietly🌱✨

Sitting for the flagship interview made me realize: I’m no longer just writing goals… I’m living them. Every challenge, every late night, every intention set in private brought me to this light⚡️

Grateful for the journey and the growth still ahead🤞🏾

Brownsville, STAND UP🖤🤞🏾
With over 5.5K professionals across the city, I’m humbled to be featured alongside the firm’s US Chair and Deputy Chair in the debut of our new flagship office here in NYC. This journey is bigger than me… It’s about representation, leadership, and growth. The volume is officially up⚡️
