Nick Drake named his first album Five Leaves Left after the warning that appeared near the end of a pack of Rizla rolling papers: “ONLY 5 LEAVES LEFT.” In 1969, musician Paul Wheeler remembered sitting with Nick while he rolled a joint with Rizla papers. When Wheeler asked what his newly released album was called, Nick told him Five Leaves Left.

Wheeler looked at the papers and laughed.

Which Will - a music video for Nick Drake

i wanted to make this honestly just to get another upload of this song on the internet but this time accompanied by visuals. i don’t have the resources (yet) to do everything i’d want to with a song as beautiful as this one but i do truly believe it & Nick are deserving of more ears.

thank you to Nicco for running & thank you to Vinny for driving

In 1972, Nick Drake released his classic album, Pink Moon. Nine months later, Atari released their own classic, Pong.

54 years later I have finally done something about this.
