“Msafiri is about movement, discovery and the shared human experience that is the journey of life. We wanted to create something that feels connected to where we come from 🇰🇪 while resonating with dancefloors anywhere in the world. It might have taken us 5 years of self doubt to release this song but it only made the journey more interesting” says @onedownlive

It’s release day! Kilengeta (Kamba for “a patch”) is a vibrant new collaboration by @bignyagz @zippie_nyumu & @onedownlive
A soulful celebration of self-belief, grace and second chances.
It’s a song about piecing yourself back together, about the patches that make us whole again.

A seamless fusion of artistry and emotion, Kilengeta reflects the trio’s shared creative spirit rooted in
Afro-Electronic House.
The track blends lush rhythms and heartfelt vocals into an uplifting story about following your truth, even when the world resists.
Inspired by resilience, rebellion, and the courage to begin again.

It’s official! ‘Lucy’ is out worldwide across all major streaming platforms, brought to life by @onedownlive , @pilkapilka_ (@benzemadavid & @lharrey_ ), and @nes_mburu 🇰🇪

Conceived not as a loud fireworks display, but as a warm room, ‘Lucy’ is a patient, slow-burning Afro-electronic love ballad. It blends OneDown’s atmospheric production with Pilka Pilka’s rhythmic intuition and Nes Mburu’s soul-stirring vocals, framing a groove that reflects devotion, memory, and the quiet ache of loving someone across distance and time.

This is a record for anyone who has ever loved quietly, deeply, and without conditions.
