Day 19: Hiked down from campsite, grabbed breakfast at this little diner, drove to Carmel-by-the-Sea and went for a quick dip, spent the night in Reno, NV. Day 20: Drove from Reno to Ogden, UT, stayed with @dakryv by @adventures_w.np

Day 18: Drove up the coast from Ventura, stopping in Santa Barbara, and backpacked in Big Sur to spend the night on the edge of the ocean. taken in Big Sur, California by @adventures_w.np

Day 12: Hiked the Narrows and Angel’s Landing - both amazing hikes! Day 13: Drove to Williams, AZ, making stops at Toadstool Hoodoos and Page, AZ. by @adventures_w.np

Day 10: Drove to Las Vegas from Baker, NV to pick up parents and stopped at Cathedral Gorge State Park. Day 11: Riding bikes around Zion, hiked to Emerald Pools, Canyon Overlook trail, spent time in Springdale, UT. by @adventures_w.np

Day 9: Great Basin National Park, NV. Summited Wheeler Peak (tallest mountain that sits entirely in Nevada), explored the Lehman Caves, and hiked to a Bristlecone Pine Forest (some of the oldest trees on earth!). This is such an underrated national park I can’t recommend enough. Also some of the best stargazing I’ve ever experienced taken in Great Basin National Park by @adventures_w.np

Day 8: Sunrise hike to Delicate Arch, and then explored more of the park as well as Canyonlands. I spent the afternoon in Moab, which is such a cool town. Then drove to Great Basin National Park in Nevada. by @adventures_w.np

Day 7: Summited Mount Elbert! The tallest mountain in Colorado and 2nd highest peak in the lower 48 US states. Noticed some altitude sickness after the treeline but felt good enough to keep going! Challenging but very rewarding hike with incredible views at the top. Once I was back down, I headed to Moab UT to spend the night there. taken in Mount Elbert by @adventures_w.np

Second half of day 5: Arrived in Estes Park CO and hiked Lily Mountain. Day 6: Hiked to Emerald Lake and Mills Lake (also stopped at Dream, Bear, and Nymph Lakes). Drove to base of Mount Elbert and found a campsite for the night. taken in Colorado by @adventures_w.np
