Hi, I’m Stella; an ABTA and ATOL certified travel agent, passionate about travel and helping others have an incredible time away.

Whether you are looking for an active holiday full of adventure, cultural journeys or boutique luxury, I am here to help.
My background is in veterinary medicine, both as a clinician and manager (and a role I still perform.)
I’m a meticulous organiser & planner extraordinaire, both inside and outside of work, which is ideal when organising trips away.
Travel has always been important to me and I still get excitement and joy from exploring new destinations.

The hotel industry is ever evolving to meet the changing needs of today’s traveller.

I’m always researching properties, exploring new destinations and keeping a keen eye on new hotel openings, particularly those that challenge convention, have a strong sense of place or approach luxury in a more considered way.

Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing some of the properties and concepts that have really caught my attention.
Not simply because they are beautiful but because they offer something more.

I’m drawn to places where, design, nature, wellness, food and service come together effortlessly.
Not over stated.
Distinctive.
The concept of true luxury.

I’m always looking beyond the obvious.

With World Wellness Weekend, I wanted to focus on a place that for me personally, was an incredible re set.

The Peligoni offered every aspect of restorative self care, from movement and fitness, to mindfulness, nutrition, creativity and and serenity.

It is a place for solo travellers, families, friends and partners alike….truly welcoming to all.

All being on the same page is key

This may look very different for everyone! My idea of ‘relaxing’ is a ‘mental’ break not a ‘physical’ one…so my days are active but this may be others worst nightmare.

If one of you wants a regimented itinerary but the other person prefers to go with the flow and make a plan as you go along, this could definitely lead to conflict.

Set clear ideas of what you are happy to spend.
One of you may be happy spending £100 on a nice dinner but your companion may prefer £10 street food. Neither is wrong, but knowing what your are comfortable with is key. by @adventuresredefined
